As far as McDonald’s goes, this one ranks as one of the worst for speed of service. The workers here are SLOW.
You are much better off going to th McDonalds on Centerville Rd or Water St than this one.

I was here Thursday for breakfast and the floors were very dirty with little pieces of napkins and the dust was visible on the floor. I spilled some coffee on the floor and couldn’t reach to clean it. The next day I came for breakfast again and the same mess was still there and my old dried up coffee!!! I had ordered two steak burritos and only one had steak. I only visited because I needed to use the WiFi!!! Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen really is!

All I have to say, 15 minute wait for 2 Cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries at this McDonald’s. Then they got the order wrong!

How many chicken mc nuggets come in a 20 piece order? If you are at this McDonalds, it is 18. Perhaps there is no time to count the quantity when you are busy dealing with all the flies or otherwise socializing. I don’t like McDonald’s but this one is worse than the norm. Screwed up orders, dirty and flies. I’ll pass.

Keeping in mind that this is a McDonalds. it still needs to be stated that the service here is atrocious, the food inedible and unhealthy, but we all know this… and yet it is still frequented. Are we truly that desperate for a good restaurant in Lancaster?

This store is slow and not very bright. Everything takes time here and they’ve managed to screw up about 40% of the orders I’ve placed there. I avoid this place but, every once in a while, maybe once a year I figure, why not? Give it a try? And they’re still slow and slow.
