The food is cold, hard, bland and extremely over priced! The pizza crust was so extremely hard that it was actually inedible. My grandmother was afraid to even eat the pizza with her fillings. I do not suggest going here!

Cheesesteaks are always good. The meat is tender and cooked, the roll is not soggy or wet like some cheesesteak shops actually wind up giving you. (Who likes a Soggy Roll?)
The Subs are great. The pizza is great. Everythings great. Super fast delivery service. Especially in the AM.

I’ve eaten here several times over the last couple years and I’ve never been impressed but this time I left without even getting food. I stopped at 12 on a Thursday & the pizza on the counter looked old and dried out. Not one of the employees acknowledged me in any way on making pizza looking right at me another on the cash register helping someone else and someone who headed to the back as soon as I walked in. The back where it says employee wash hands the sink was ripped out the where was exposed plumbing? Hopefully they were fixing that but…
And finally and waiting for the employee on the cash register to finish up with that customer he walked past me twice pit a slice in the oven and headed to the back without saying anything so I left. I know I saw a banner a while back under new management or something well doesn’t look like it has helped.

New management needs to get it together. Terrible service & under staffed. The two guys work hard to fulfill orders, but are always to busy… This place is going down hill. Took an hour for a steak hoagie while on my lunch break. The quality of food is slipping because of lack of staff. Wake up or show up management! This is probably my last visit

I think they are under new management, but i ordered a small chef salad for lunch today and it was really good. For $ 5.50 they five you a good amount of lettuce, onions, tomato’s, sweet peppers, olives, croutons, and two dressings. The person behind the counter was very friendly and my salad was ready in no time. I have no complains about my experience today.

Decided to try this place as it was advertising under new management. Gave it a try and ordered a large pie with 2 slices with meatball and the rest with pepperoni. A order of wings and an order of baked ziti which comes with a salad (requested blue cheese) and a garlic roll. Plus an order of 16 wings.
After 15 mins. I was told they didnt have ziti but they could make spag with meatballs.
First the mild wings were ok if you like raw chicken.
Now the negative– The place was about 90 degrees.
They forgot salad dressing.
The spagetti and meatballs were like soup. The spagetti was Way overcooked and drowned in sauce over the top of the container.
The pizza order was screwed up. The pizza was all pepperoni and all meatball.
Food was terrible. Place was terrible. Experience was terrible. The old management was alot better.

Food looked great, but looks are deceiving. I ordered my usual Caesar salad, safe for a first visit. Mistake! It arrived drowning in an over the top salty dressing and had an extra dressing container! Seriously?! The large salad looked like small for the price (over $ 7!). So much sauce, it looked like soup with lettuce, topped with chicken and a layer of salt brine mixed with home style chicken gravy. Half the croutons were soaked in water and flavorless. How’d water get in there? No atmosphere. Not returning. I ate it and drank a gallon of water after, all the while, wishing I had gone to McDonalds to get my salad instead.

The service was poor and the food was nothing special. The worst part was that the restaurant was filthy and gross. There was a bug that was in my drink. It was so hot and uncomfortable in the restaurant that we got our food to go because we couldn’t stand being there any longer. We will not be back

Lovely, sweet staff. Paninis are good if a bit oily. But oy the pizza. Doughy, undercooked and too thick crust, overly sweet sauce, bland cheese. Eating their pies actually makes me sad. I had a real NY slice a month ago and so I’m probably comparing them which is unfair. Just, man is this not the real deal. I wish these people well, but I also wish their pizza was better.
