This is the worst Penn Station I’ve been in.
The food is terrible. The manager is not nice. It’s a ghetto place.

If I had written my review the first visit then I’d be giving this place a 5 star waiting… however my second visit was not very good at all. We went about 30 minutes before close. Which isn’t always fun for the staff, I know that. However as a manager at a restaurant I would never let an employee make sure the guest knows we close soon and pretty much push us out the door at the exact time you close! Plus the sandwiches were not very hot or put together very well. Very disappointing after the great first visit we had. I’m not sure if we will ever go back now.

I love this place! I’ve yet to try a sandwich that wasn’t just yummy and the fries are awesome to boot. They never fail to make any adjustment to your sandwich you ask for and they are always friendly. Did I mention the fries are awesome!!! They greet you as you walk in always very attentive and did I mention the fries? Anyway you should go there!

I’ve had one bad experience at this location. One time i made my order, and the gentleman at the register informed me that their credit card machine was down. Instead if doing the right customer service thing, he did NOT give me my already made food which probably just got thrown out, and i left with an empty stomach. Worst part was, I found my debit card WAS charged!

We’ve stopped in to this Penn Station several times while visiting the in laws in Lancaster. PS is nestled in a newly built shopping center with Aspen Dental and a few other stores. The times that we’ve been here the staff have been very friendly and the food was very good as well. Never had a bad experience here!
