So tonight we ordered a pizza that was half and half. When the pizza arrived (late I might add), it was incorrect! When I called we were told that we would need to wait an additional hour and needed to return the pizza. How about concentrate on getting it right! Not argue about a return. Very very poor customer service.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut most likely in Dallas County. My family has ordered pizza from here over the past 10 yrs or so and it has been consistently, horribly prepared. They have gotten away with this because they were the only game in town for the longest. Giving them the benefit of the doubt this also may have been why they were ALWAYS horrible because they were slammed with business. Nevertheless do yourself a favor and order from the Domino’s down the street even if you aren’t a huge fan of theirs pizza. The new Domino’s is consistent with a quality product.

Terrible customer service. I wasn’t really mad about the wait because it was delivered but because my pizza was cold and they were unapologetic about it. I actually had an argument with someone at the store after I confronted them.

Excellent pizza. Wow, it was great. Picked some up on the way back to Austin today. Fast, on time as they said. Friendliest staff.
