This is the only place that I know of in the AV selling prime cuts of meat. Sometimes, you just have to cough it up to buy prime and get the best. The Hoffy foot-​long wieners are pretty tasty, too, so they make a nice treat once in a while. There’s a pretty healthy selection of things, and you can even find duck and Cornish game hen in their frozen section at the end of the meat counter. Truly, if you don’t know the difference between a regular rib-​eye steak and a prime ribeye, then you’ve got to come here, buy some and experience a great treat!

This place is a small butcher counter located inside of Ben’s corner. They have a vast array of prepared meats including pork, beef, and chicken. They also have excellent bacon too. They have Boars Head deli meats, which I think are excellent.
If they had more local pork (if that is possible in SoCal) or access to grass-​fed beef it would be 5 stars.
They have always been kind and courteous and have helpful options on their products as well.

I have shoped her for years and they have a great selection and fair prices. I like their hormone free turkey for the hollidays and their great service.
