I decided NOT to buy a pair of boots here simply because of the poor service. Red wing boots are great and I’m a believer in «you get what you pay for,» however the woman was extremely unfriendly to deal with and similar to the other review of this location, she seemed quite annoyed that I was at all interested in a pair of boots. (?) if you appreciate quality service, do not shop here.

My son needed a good pair of boots, something with a steel shank for support. I wanted some expertise and help with fitting. The woman at this store seemed annoyed by our presence. When I asked which boots had a steel shank in the sole, she said, «I’d have to look that up in the catalog». She didn’t move till I gave her a look of «We’re waiting»
When your cheapest pair of boots are $ 189.00, call me crazy but, I want some service. I also don’t expect to be greeted by a woman wearing a wife-​beater tee-​shirt looking like she’s late for biker barbeque kegger.
Lacking any service, we went up the street to Super Shoes where they have a much better selection. The service level is the same — zero — but without the attitude.
