Rocky’s BBQ

One word: DELICIOUS. I had the pleasure of having Rocky’s cater my wedding last evening at Indian Echo Caverns. I tasted their food a few years ago and knew immediately that I would want them for my wedding. They were extremely helpful and professional from the first conversation until the last guest was served. I highly recommend them for any event, big or small, formal or informal. Two thumbs way up!

Rocky’s BBQ is without a doubt one of the best BBQ serving food trucks in central PA. We first encountered Rocky’s during the monthly First Friday Food Truck Court in Downtown Lancaster and it was addiction at first bite.
From the smoky yet tender, melt in your mouth chicken to the spicy authentic collard greens, to the creamy euphoria inducing Mac & cheese, Rocky’s hits a home run every time. We loved Rocky’s so much we even had them cater our wedding, food truck, smoker, and all. To date, our food is still the most talked about aspect of our wedding. We had a BBQ smörgåsbord of pulled pork sandwiches topped with homemade slaw, smoked chicken, BBQ spare ribs, and all the trimmings. The best indication that the food truck was a hit, a guest at our wedding booked Rocky’s for their own party.
If you want BBQ that’s sure to taste even better than you remember, than I suggest seeking out Rocky’s the next chance you get.

I rarely give 5 stars. Had ribs so tender fell off the bone and smoked to perfection. Baked beans were outstanding never had anything like them.
