Silverback Towing

We were directed to this company by AAA after having a flat inside tire on our RV. After speaking with dispatch we were assured someone would call and be out to help us. No one called and no one came. After many calls back to the company the people answering said that they were trying to call the driver and no one was answering. This went on for 2 hours. When we finally gave up waiting and wondering if anyone was coming we called to let them know we were going to try to get home. All the dispatcher said was «so you want to cancel?» I did not want to cancel but I had no other choice as it was late at night and I had to get my family off the highway. They could not have cared less.
After taking care of things the best we could, we called on Monday to see what had happened. We were apologized to but no one could tell us why we were left there to wait and wonder. We will never use this company again and urge all others to steer clear of this unreliable and unsteady company.

I just had my 2004 Jeep Rubicon serviced at Silverback Towing and had a great experience. They picked up my vehicle at work saving me some time and made all the repairs in a timely fashion. Since picking the Jeep back up it has also run quieter and with a little bit more power as they added an oil additive that really made a difference in my high-​mileage vehicle.
I’d definitely recommend them for any auto/​truck repair, towing, or U-​haul needs.
