Great little place. Good food, pretty quiet. The décor is so cool in this place and we spent most of our time looking around at everything. We definitely have food to take home but very good and we will be back!

Unique décor in this little restaurant. Staff was very friendly but a little slow at responding to needs. Our food was good and reasonably priced.

The food and and prices are great. I wish the location was a bit larger for bigger groups. While there is a large table when you walk in it is not nice to sit by a door that opens frequently in the winter. Really great food though and great for groups of 4 or less.

Imagine if you had a small diner and smashed it together with a gastropub. You’d end up with Table 1. I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every time I’ve found the food to be very good and at a very reasonable price. Their menu isn’t a large one. While it may limit your choices a bit, you are bound to find something you like. Several times I’ve been in for brunch and asked if I could get the pulled pork in a breakfast skillet(in place of ham). The cooks have been more than happy to do this, and I’ve been rewarded with the best thing to ever be eaten for breakfast.(Yes, I make sure I tip well when they can accommodate special request). Service has always been very good. Wait staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Do yourself a favor. Visit here. And try dessert.

This is the third or fourth time we have been here. The food is consistently good. BUT, this morning they committed the ultimate« Unilocallap. They told me they were out of T W O things I ordered! If you follow me on Unilocal you know there is one thing I don’t tolerate, the words«we are out». It’s not so critical if it’s a perishable or seafood item(as long as it’s not a chronic issue). But when it’s not, they are getting a Unilocalslap and lose a star !!!

100% recommend! Great food. Service was quick and kind. Not pricey at all. Everything was fresh. I had BLT salad and my husband had bruschetta chicken wrap. Nicely decorated and good atmosphere.

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning at about 9:30. Very cute little place. Friendly folks who work in there. Food took FOREVER to come out. Even though the place was not very busy. But Everyone in the family really enjoyed the food. I got the country skillet. I should have asked for the gravy on the side as it was a bit too much gravy for my liking but it was still very yummy and very flavorful. Could have certainly used more sausage though. Often times I feel like gravy needs lots of extra salt or seasoning to help with the flavor. This was not the case with their gravy, already perfectly seasoned. My husband got the round up skillet which he said was good but was a bit too salty. All in all, very good place and would certainly come back. Very affordable(or I am just getting use to the terribly over priced food in DC) Shame we didn’t have enough time in town to try them for lunch or dinner as family raved about other menu items! Will have to come again!

The Ruben was a 8 on my scale of 10, But, the only 10 I have ever given was for the Carnegie Dell in New York City. Service from server #7(name?) Was perfect. Wife loved her chicken salad with home made dressing. Will be back!

Lunch time. And are fast food places the only option? No! Stroll downtown and support local businesses. Decided to give Table 1, one of a number of local-business options, and I’m glad I did. Friendly, smiling, prompt service. Had the Black and Double-Bleu burger. Great choice. Large burger(6 – 8 oz I’d say) with bacon and bleu cheese crumbles. AND bleu cheese dressing on the side. Super. Then be sure to have the sweet potato fries option. Absolutely the BEST I’ve ever had. Better than ones I’ve had in NYC, in Cincinnati, in other places. Way crispy! Gotta try ‘em to see the difference. And price was reasonable as well. I’ll probably never get to Lancaster again and eat at Table 1. But I’ll remember that great burger and the FRIES. Give this place a try!

This was our first time visiting and our food was excellent! I had the smoked pulled pork(you could taste and smell the real smoke)! It came with yummy kettle chips and slaw(I personally didn’t like the slaw, but my husband did). My husband had the crab cakes and said they were fantastic, and he is picky about his crab cakes. My son had the Mac n cheese and I ate some of it too because they kept stealing my chips and sand which! Lol but the Mac n cheese was very good too! The waitress was very nice. Cut little down restaurant.

We stopped in here on our way back from a weekend at Hocking Hills for breakfast. I absolutely love the décor; so cute with that«modern farmhouse» vibe. I was surprised it wasn’t busier for a Sunday morning, and I’m hoping we just arrived too early or too late for the crowd, because this place deserves to fill their tables. The breakfast menu is pretty standard fare, but everything was prepared very well. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, as is my way. The Hollandaise was just slightly too tart for my taste, but that didn’t stop me from shoveling it in. The brioche the eggs are served on was excellent! The husband got the Farmer Skillet and had no complaints… and didn’t want to share.(Rude.) I saw on the chalkboard several pies that I wanted to try, so we settled on getting a slice of the lemon chess pie to go. I ate it pretty much as soon as we got home, while my husband was in the shower, so he didn’t get any. He should have known better and gotten his own slice. I’m kind of bummed I don’t live closer so I won’t be able to frequent this place and try out more menu items! But if I’m in Lancaster again, I’ll definitely be making a pit stop here… at LEAST for more pie!

Pleasantly surprised. Prompt friendly service with appropriately timed touch points. Had mushroom starter and chicken Marsala; both delicious. 6PM on TUES night. Quiet. Two older couples are here as well as myself. A quant Dining atmosphere. A little over priced… $ 30.04

This is a nice restaurant considering most in Lancaster are boring chain restaurants. It’s very cute inside though not very big. The food my group had was very good. The tomato bisque was very unique and had a smokey flavor. The caprese flatbread was flavorful. Someone else also had the cowboy burger which looked good too. I was also happy with the wine list. Service was good and they reserved a table when I called in. Overall, good food and priced very well for the area.

I found this place when i started my job here in Lancaster, and now i make sure to eat here at least once a week. Its turning into a favorite! First, the staff here is so friendly. They always have smiles and a hello when you walk in. Second, the food is fantastic! I love the open kitchen so that you can watch them make your food. And they know their stuff too! i have yet to find something here that i dont like. my two go-to dishes are their smoked tomato bisque soup and the flatbread caprese. I would absolutely recommend this place. And will continue to be a customer here.

Definitely not ginormous. Four bar chairs line the counter. Six booths and two long tables that seat something like 10 people. Intimate, though? Yes. Not crowded — I’m sure the lunch rush had already passed. Server lady wasn’t exactly personable. Guess you could say she was polite, but the friendliness wasn’t exuding. Kind of a duzzy, if you ask me. But I tried to not let that damper my experience. *** Their Sunday brunch menu is smaller than their Monday thru Saturday fair. I decided on the Marsala burger with sweet potato fries. The fries, a personal«make it or break it» for me, were quite good! Lightly salted. Soft inside, slightly crisped on the outside. Done to my personal perfection. The burger had good flavor. Medium done, so light pink in the center. The Marsala wine sauce accented well; I could still taste the meat. And the mushrooms were an excellent topper. The ciabatta bun was soft, too(yay!). I was happy with my meal. And for $ 8, big portions, I’ll definitely be back — I’m always willing to support the local businesses.

Local, friendly, good food and affordable. What else do you need? I send my clients here often and they always give Ray reviews so wonderful that downtown is going through aRenaissance and table one is a big part of that

My first visit and I will be sure to return and recommend. The friendly, attentive and courteous wait staff did exceptionally well during a busy evening during the Lancaster Festival art walk. They had a limited, yet special menu for this very evening when they normally would not be open this late in the evening. Our drink orders and food orders were taken promptly, the food wait was not long. My sweet potato fries were a tad cold; however, I was given the option to have them re-heated/re-done, yet I ate them anyways. in part because I was starved and they hit the spot for me. There was a small buzz around about their breakfast items and makes me want to try their breakfast when I have the chance. I know for sure I will be back soon. A very nice open area great for couples, families and groups.
