The water is so nasty it was coming out brown and they would not do anything about it so gross.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Quality is not why you go there. You know that there is a 50⁄50 chance of an emergency meeting with some 2-ply. The drive thru menu has so much crammed on there that I couldn’t really read it. I went in and the only other person there had a shopping cart parked outside. They took my order without incident. The food took some time. My order was right. The food was hot. All in all it was an acceptable experience. Sadly we will probably eat there again. Please don’t judge me.

We went here for lunch today and were very disappointed. The place was filthy, but it wasn’t the fault of the TWO employees working. Who schedules only TWO people to work a fast food place at lunchtime!!! The management at this place needs improvement.

Having worked in fast food for many years and knowing what kind of a-holes come through drive thru’s –is the ONLY reason they got 3 stars. Got food here the other day and it took 15 mins, I had to pull to the side, and the employee forgot my food. Now, with that being said– the employee himself was great! He was kind, he had a great attitude & was very apologetic. In fact I’ve gone there before & had GREAT service from quiet a few employees! The reason I’m upset is because he said he was the ONLY employee on shift… At 10am. And all other managers were in a meeting… Who leaves ONE employee to run counter, drive thru AND be the cook? That’s bad management. That’s NOT how you run a good business. I understand the need to cut on hours & save on labor… But 2 employees is usually the minimum. When did that change? Boo on the store managers poor scheduling skills.

I get that giving a Taco Bell a «one star» maybe an obvious nod to the notoriously bad food of Taco Bell in general, but for me to dedicate the time it takes me to write a review to this Taco Bell should be fair warning of this Taco Bell. I personally would never eat at a Taco Bell if it were up to me. The food amount and quality is already ridiculous but the price you pay is insane. The price is insane for fast food. It get ludicrous when you think about how much your are paying for Taco Bell. But I have four kids… And that’s why I attempt to eat at Taco Bell. They love the food their which already goes to question my parenting skills. Trust me, I have exposed them to things far greater than Taco Bell, I don’t get it. So, Taco Bell, bad. This particular Taco Bell, worse. If you use the drive through, check your order AT the drive through or you will have to go inside. Your order WILL be wrong, you WILL wait thirty five minutes for it, and there will be a trip up on why you can’t order what you intended. Here are some excuses I’ve heard over the years… We ran out of meat We ran out of ice The whole shift just quit, it’s just me and another guy We didn’t understand what you said so we just did XXXXXX Seriously, do not waste your time. There is a Del Taco five buildings down if you are looking for drive-though Tacos.

Idk how many times I have had to return to this specific taco bell because they have completely screwed my order up not just one thing but the whole order. The other day I went there and their Baja blast wasn’t working, they didn’t have 6inch tortillas. The drink dispenser area was trashed with no lids. I love taco bell but they need some new employees

30 minutes in the drive thru for a burrito is bull****!! Girl working drive thru was very rude. Not to mention my burrito was cold when I got it.

I have had enough. Usually I simply have issues with this Store getting my orders wrong. I have to ask them to redo it over and over Today, I placed an order and saw a $ 2.00 Donation to a charity fund on the ticket. When I asked about it, I was told they thought I would like a discount on my Tacos, instead of paying $ 1.19 per Taco, They Charged me $ 1.19 each then credited it and added a $ 2.00 charity donation. Tell ya what. I am going ot go to the Manager about this because I still have a case for Credit Card Fraud. They did this without asking, I never asked to donate. 0 $ 0.40 is not much, and truthfully, if it is a charity I do not believe in or do not wish to support, that’s tough luck now my Name is associated with the charity, like it or not. They placed a charge on my card that I did not authorize, they only«Thought» I would approve it. Poor Training by Management, and if he Did train them to do it, his is as criminally Liable as the cashier [Addition] Apparently Taco Bell is so concerned about Customer Satisfaction that they have no live operators manning their 24 hour Customer Satisfaction Hotline. A Recording tells you to call back during bankers hours and hangs up on you. So much for 24 hour hotline eh?

Apparently here it takes 20 minutes to make 2 tacos and a burrito. Restaurant full of low lifes. What a bunch of losers.
