Subway

I keep coming to this location because of convenience that I work down the street and drive thru but I always have a bad experience whether the staff is rude, bread tastes old or order is wrong. I ordered a footlong tuna and when I pull up to the window I got a 6inch, I waited about 3min for someone to come back to window for me to tell them my order was wrong. I waited another 5min or so to get my correct order and the employee was rude didn’t say sorry or acknowledged the order was wrong, I said thank u and she just shut the window no «your welcome». Then the sandwich wasn’t even cut in half. Very disappointed. Another time the bread tastes so dry and old.
The staff is always with attitude and rude. Just one young lady has been the only nice one other than that all are rude!!!

The sandwich guy Keith was obnoxious and argumentative the whole time. He argued about to make my sandwhich and made comments about it. Completely unprofessional.

They are great except I always get hipper on the 6″ they should have a ruler on the cutting board, got back to work with a 4″ not happy!

This subway is awesome! I Haven’t had any problems with them since they opened. The sandwiches are always big and the employees are always so nice! Unlike some of other subways they don’t skimp on toppings. Definitely my favorite so far.

Believe it or not — of all places I’m working temporarily in Lancaster :(Hopefully, I won’t be here too long! Anyway, ever since Subway stopped making rubbery bread I have returned to Subway. The place is clean and they have feta cheese. They have not served me a sloppy sandwich yet! The manager/​dude in charge is a really nice guy. The rest of the workers are kind of eh. I have no other complaints. Sadly, I come here when there are long lines usually, but that’s not their fault. This Subway has a drive through but I’m used to seeing them make my sandwich at Subway. Plenty of parking!

This is a brand-​new subway that just opened up, lots of space and it’s the first one I know of that has a drive-​through.
As subways go this is a very nice one, very consistent with the food.
One of the guys behind the counter says this is one of the largest ones in the United States,? I don’t know I’ve been in some pretty big ones but this is a big one.
