Maz was awesome! The food was fantastic! If you are looking for great kebab in the AV this is the place to go. I have been looking for my go to restaurant when I want some middle eastern food and this is definitely the place!

Delicious! Ordered the two stick combo. Meat was tender & juicy. The hummus is perfect & the pilaf so yummy! The guy at the counter was so friendly & helpful. I don’t get to Lancaster very often but I will be back!

Small eatery in a somewhat quiet shopping mall. Followed Unilocal and gave it a try. Good food, good portion, friendly owner, Maz. Even changing TV channel for a child. Continued asking whether things were OK. A lot better attention to service than other places visited.

Our family went cherry picking nearby and on the way back, decided to look for decent, filling, Mediterranean food (had to feed hungry kids.) Saw the good reviews on Unilocal so we decided to stop by for lunch.
For a group of eight people, we ordered 5 combo plates (drinks, salad, hummus included) of beef & chicken kabob, Food was flavorful (not too salty), juicy and was large enough to share. Hummus was a bit bland but overall, it was the hearty meal that we were looking for.
What makes this place a gem though is the owner, Maz. He’s friendly, easy going, very inviting and makes you feel like you’re at a friend’s house rather than a restaurant. You can see his passion for cooking and love for his place and it shows in his food and how he talks to his customers.
So, if you’re ever in the area, feel free to drop by and give Maz and his food a shot. Like me, hopefully you’ll leave the place feeling full with good food and conversation.

Really good food and good service at a good price. Family atmosphere, family owned and operated. I would recommend the food and the atmosphere. There is take out and deliver, I only wish we lived closer.

The food is great, and the owner makes sure that everything is okay with your order. It’s made fresh to order and for the price that you pay, you can’t beat it. Definitely will be coming back here.

Awesome authentic food. Ordered the chicken and beef combo and shawarma and all was delicious. The hummus is amazing! Maz (owner) was very hospitable and made all the food himself. It is located in a strip mall but well worth a visit!

Loved the food and the service. The selection was sparse though and the accompanying vegetables not enough to go with the meat. However very tasty and if you are in a hurry and want a quick lunch or early dinner with great flavor and authentic Lebanese taste, do your self a favor and come here

he was really attentive towards me and my boyfriend and even gave us baklava on the house on our way out.

The best falafels are served here. They are light and delicious, not dense and dry. In my opinion it’s better than AV kabob house. I will be returning soon! It’s definitely worth the wait!

This place is great under new ownership. Maz gave complimentary drinks and also a couple falafels on the house to take home and try =)
I enjoy the fact that there is now garlic butter here — that was what was lacking under the former ownership.

Came in on a late Tuesday afternoon tired & hungry. Maz was personable and a delight to talk to. The printed menu still isn’t ready but Maz is more than happy to explain what they have so you can order.
The restaurant is in the middle of a plaza with Popeyes and some other restaurants so there’s plenty of parking.
I got a dinner plate with beef. SO MUCH FOOD. And it’s delicious! It’s enough for me to save for another meal (which I am going to do because it’s a lot of food.) No complaints there. The plates come with a drink from the drink fridge but if you want Gatorade or Monster it’s a little extra. (NBD.)
I was craving Mediterranean food and I am so glad I dropped in here. Will have to drop by again some time in the near future! If you come here you won’t be disappointed.

Everything you would want in Mediterranean food– fresh quality ingredients deliciously prepared. We had falafel — crispy and flavorful, hummus– ultra smooth texture with the right amount of garlic and lemon, warm pita and chicken kabob– breast meat marinated and grilled to perfection! The owner Maz is passionate about his food and it really shows. He is also one of the kindest and most generous people you would want to meet. You must Go to Lancaster Kabob!

First and foremost, Maz is a wonderful person! He was very friendly and even stayed open to cook for us although my wife and I showed up a little after hours. His customer service alone is something that will have is coming back.
We decided to share the 3 meat plate with the veggies, salad and hummus. So much food! We easily filled our stomachs and barely had room to breathe, so you know it’s a lot of food. The chicken was good as well as the meat but our favorite of the three was the ground beef luleh or schwarma. Very tasty. The hummus was the closest I have had to my favorite hummus made by another establishment. So we highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new!
Thank you Maz for your great service and delicious food. Our only regret is not saving room and getting the baklava. But we will be back.

Best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. On top of how delicious the food is, the service is outstanding! While I was waiting for my food, the owner (Maz) offered to make me hot tea & everything! I also bought a whole tray of baklava (I think that’s how it’s spelled) & he was so nice he actually gave me the tray afterwards and a fork so I can eat the delicious scraps & left over goodness!
Honestly, please stop by! It’s delicious & the service is wonderful. I’ll be going back soon!
I bought the lunch special chicken kabob plate & just looking ag it made my mouth water! Best place in the AV.

Looked for a good spot to grab dinner on our drive back from Mammoth to the LA area. Healthy and good reviews were the criteria and this looked like our best option. Made a call to make sure they were open and I had a very nice man answer the phone and provide all the info we needed.
Too bad this place is not closer to home. We are a family of four and ordered 2 of the 3 meat combo plates. We had chicken breast kabab, ground beef and the steak kabobs. All of them were excellent. I have to say their chicken seasoning marinade was one of the best I have ever had. The plates came with salad, Rice and hummus. They also come with a free drink.
The owner Maz was extremely nice… Just as everyone else provided in their reviews. He was extremely considerate and changed the TV station to something more appropriate for young children. It was fine where it was at but he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy
The dishes come with warm pita and it was all very good. We all had an appetite and still had some leftovers to take home.
I highly recommend eating here and will definitely plan our trips up north around making a stop for lunch or dinner here.

This is a jewel of a restaurant! The fresh food is delicious and the portions generous. The excellent service is kind and friendly.
I love the fact that the bread is hot, the fresh salad is crisp and the chicken is juicy and perfectly marinated!
