We were always frequent visitors until this evening. Horrible service, food was cold, and when asked to speak to a manager, after waiting 25 minutes and asking 2 more times, we left. Won’t be going back.

Tried to give them another chance. Worse the second time. Food literally was not edible. Stay away.

I had come here for lunch and was not too happy with the service. I should have known when I first sat down because the table next to us had gotten the wrong order. Then our waitress would go missing every ten minutes and took forever to get refills, order, and check. I also felt bad for the new customers that had been seated next to us because they had to wait a good ten minutes before they were even asked what drinks they wanted. Timing is everything when it comes to Customer service in the food industry. Food was okay, it’s not like how it used to be a couple of years ago. I got 2 jalapeños that were sliced in half to make it seem like I got 4 jalapeños…$ 9…not worth it. I had half of my burger until I had flies walking all over it. I won’t be coming here again.

So I haven’t been to a TGI Friday’s in forever because honestly the last few times I have gone I wasn’t that impressed. Last night my mind was changed. At least for drinks and partly appetizers. My best friend and I were hungry but not that hungry and just wanted something to munch on while we were shopping last night. So we knew that we wanted a beer but the draft and bottle selection was«eh» and we prefer craft beers. Well luckily the beer menu said to ask about local and craft beers. We did and found out that they had one of our favorite season beers Leinenkugel Harvest Patch. So we each enjoyed one of them. We had two different appetizers. One was really good the other was okay. The one that was really good was the warm pretzels with craft beer-cheese dipping sauce topped with bacon. They came out really fast and nice and hot. All I can say is I wish there was more then four pretzels on the plate because we each had two and I wanted more. Now the waitress said that our flat bread would be our right away after our pretzels arrived and we had to wait a good 10 – 15 minutes for it to come and when we did the chicken was cold, and pretty much the whole thing was cold like it had been sitting around that whole time waiting to come to the table. It was the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. I’m thinking I would have liked it better if it was warm and not cold. Also, it says it comes with red peppers and red onion but there were no red onions on it. So I wasn’t impressed with that. All in all it wasn’t good but it wasn’t bad. But I would highly recommend going at least for the pretzels.

My family really likes going for dinner but it’d kind of a coin toss. We’ve waited for a table for as long as an hour and a half. theres really no place to wait with your kids so it’s always tense till you sit. The service has always been good and the food is usually only advice would be if tgi’s could come up with a wait area that all could have enough room to wait without feeling like sardines. All and all even if I had to wait that long again I would because my kids love it and the food is really good

Seriously, I don’t know what happened to TGI Fridays? It used to be a nice place to hang out with friends and have a decent bite to eat. Now… it’s just disappointing… I was there on a Friday night, right after work for dinner. I went to the bar to have a drink while waiting for a table. Before even ordering my drink the snippy little barmaid asked if I had a reservation. I didn’t think it was any of her business…(her job was to ask what I wanted to drink), but anyway… being the considerate person that I am, I said yes, I’m waiting for a table. She then proceeded to take her good old time but finally brought my beer. After waiting 20 minutes which wasn’t long… we were seated. First off I ordered a salad as an appetizer. the waitress brought it to our table and began to walk away. I stopped her to alert her to fact that we didn’t have any silverware. She looked around then grabbed some from an empty table. Finally our food arrived. and another disappointment — my boneless chicken looked like one big mess… it was just thrown on the plate. sauce dripping all over the sides, burnt pieces of breading piled on top and no celery or any kind of garnish.(Awful presentation). My Niece ordered a medium well petite steak… it was so red in the middle it looked like blood. And of course the food was lukewarm. Needless to say… I will not be going back again.

Not to good, not to bad… Ok… We went in for lunch at one o’clock on a Thursday. We waited at the door for 5 – 10 minutes before getting seated in a half full restaurant. Service was a tad slow. Although the waitress was very friendly. The food was decent for its prices. I ordered a turkey burger and crispy green beans. The burger was pretty juicy but didn’t blow me outta the water. The quality of the food seemed good and left satisfied.

Great happy hour. On Thursday nights $ 3 margaritas and $ 3 appetizers. Every night is different. If you need a break while shopping at the mall, have a skinny blackberry margarita and beef and cheddar queso for a nice $ 6 break!

We decided to try dining in at Friday’s tonight as I’ve eaten there in the past and must say we probably caught them on a bad night with the ToGo problems. The overall experience was very good. We started with the pretzel sticks which everyone enjoyed. The beer/cheese dip was very nice and had a good smokey quality. For the entrée I had the Dragonfire Chicken with pineapple salsa and jasmin rice. Very nice glaze with a pleasant heat and sweet kick to it. My wife had the parmesan crusted chicken with tortellini. She was very impressed by this dish and gave it high marks. My Long Island iced tea was delicious and VERY reasonable at $ 4.00. Not quite the amount of kick I’m used to, but at the price of $ 4 you could get the desired effect with two of them. Overall a very good and redeeming visit.

If it weren’t for our waiter I would only be giving this place one star. We have a two year old and bathroom trips are very frequent, so I am judging you on how clean your bathrooms are. And unfortunately as I was walking in a young women was uncontrollably throwing up. For whatever reason this isn’t the first time I’ve walked in on someone throwing up in a restaurant bathroom. And for me it’s extremely uncomfortable and disturbingly gross. So we haven’t even made it to the stall yet, I can feel my flip flops sticking to the floor as I am walking. To finish off our bathroom experience my child decides not to go after sitting on a very unclean toilet for 3 minuets. So needless to say I could not even fathom eating my dinner after that.

My wife and I both had cobb salads. It was not bad. It had grape tomatoes some eggs bacon avacado romaine lettuce and grill chicken with some blue cheese. The price was 8 in change each .To be honest with you I don’t think it was worth it for the portion that they gave you. My son had the mac and cheese on the child’s menu. It it came with one side dish you can order he had the french fries it also came with a drink. He said that he loved it. My daughter had the grill chicken skewers with pita bread from the kids menu. It also came with one side dish and a drink she had the a mandarin orange as a side dish. She also said that she love the meal but from the looks of the portion it was not enough to fill her. They had a very nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place but the prices could be a little bit lower from my standpoint.

Chains are chains are chains… but there are some places that just have above\below average management, right? Well, if you agree, then this Friday’s could possibly fit into the category of below average. I confess — I do go to chain restaurants fairly frequently(bad, bad Unilocaler award!!!) I go out with groups of people and chains are usually the crowd pleasers… you know how it is… ANYWAY — I’ve been to this Friday’s possibly 6 or 7 times and it consistently fails to meet up with the basic average experience that you would get at any other Friday’s. The food is fine — I LOVE everything on the Jack Daniel’s menu… but for some reason I haven’t always received the best service… The one time that sticks out to me is when my wife and I were sat directly under the air duct and we sat there FROZEN. We asked to be moved, but it was too busy at the time — which I understand, but they didn’t seem to try very hard… oh well. Bottom line — if you’re stuck at the Park City mall and need to eat — try Longhorn, Macaroni Grill, or Damon’s. Better yet, save yourself a few bucks and check out the diamond in the rough I call the Pan Pacific Grill — review here:
