Horrible customer service. I will never go here again. Waited 30mins to be seated and was never waited on. People came after and had their order taken right in front of me.

OMG!!! Not just food, I’ll get to that later! I left my big YETI cup on the counter in which we were eating at. We paid and left. I forgot it there. They had it on the register waiting for me. No wonder this is an All American city. Staff was friendly. Music was awesome. Nice atmosphere. Everyone was working. Even outside. Great place. Will definitely return. God bless the whole staff! Oh, food was delicious!!!

I love Waffle House but when you sit down and wait 15 minutes while the staff just looks at you, well, that’s when it is time to leave.
Apparently we came in at shift change because the shift getting off loudly stated they weren’t going to wait on us after we were there for 10 or 15 minutes and asked the next shift that had come inside.
Their reply was that they still had 5 minutes.
Needless to say, we walked out.

Had good music playing. The staff were all curteous. Was a large order we placed, so we weren’t surprised that there was a little mix up with it. Once it was straightened out, our food was delicious! I highly recommend the grilled bacon chicken burger & hash browns!

: this Waffle House is maaaaadd ratchet. BUT I LOVED IT. I felt comfortable here. All of the servers were very welcoming and fun. They were in between shift change so things were kind of hectic but I still enjoyed my visit and my food. Definitely would come back to this location

I always feel like apart of the family whenever I come here. The wait/​cook-​staff are always friendly and cracking jokes whenever I visit. My family and I are regulars so maybe that factors into the service we experience but overall this is a great location and food. I always get the all-​star special. Super yummy! Good eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, you name it. And most importantly it’s hella cheap. There’s nothing to complain about.

Horrible customer service. They did not greet anyone. I had to finally asked someone to clean my table. They were just busy doing their own thing. Place was almost empty, but no one care about the customers that were inside.

Awesome food, great service, and clean restaurant. They offered to warm up my syrup for me, my waffle was delicious, my eggs were perfect, and the coffee was hot. What else do you need? This visit was a total win!

Walked in, it’s less than half way full… Employees, «sit anywhere you want» My Friend, «They’re no clean spots???» (Literally, every table has plates or trash.) Employee, «Pick a spot, we’ll clean it.» …Start walking out, Employee «Thanks for coming by!» Smh…

Don’t get this House on Pleasant Run Rd. confused with the one a block away by Wintergreen Rd. We had good service at the one by Wintergreen.
