Came through the drive through and lady at the window was not only rude but gave me the wrong order and when right order was given it was hard and cold like it’d been sitting out all day. Should’ve gone to the Hardee’s across the street. They need more customer oriented employees.

I rarely eat fast food but while traveling I stopped at this Wendy’s and was shocked that they only had a 3 star rating on Unilocal.I got gas from Costco and it was straight ahead of me. They did a great job at taking my order and when I got it I realized that they make their fries better than any Wendy’s i have ever been to. They also gave me more than the average amount of crackers for my chili which was amazing. Keep up the good work.

The location is key as it is right by the freeway. The parking lot is rather tight and it is shared with a few other businesses. The quality of food is alright. I didn’t like the way my fried tasted and it was $ 8 for my combo when it could of easily gone for $ 6. All in all the spot is alright.

I used to love Wendy’s until one day I bought a burger combo from there and the next day I was completely sick to my stomach. I was vomiting everywhere. After that bad experience I never returned there again!

You can’t exactly expect fresh from fast food and I get that, but don’t serve cold fries. And don’t roll your eyes and make an exclamation on how peeved you are to have to make new fries for a customer. That’s your job. I didn’t even complain about the other mistakes in our orders. An employees attitude can make a huge difference on how people look at small mistakes.

I used their drive through. I ordered the menu # 2 large size and one additional burger without veggies.
When I came home both burgers where made without veggies, the fries were disgusting, soaked in fat and tasteless, and the drink I had gotten was definitely not a diet coke, though I’m not sure what it was. tasted disgusting and went down the drain.
This was a very bad experience.

Normally when i order the bacon/​cheese bake potato it is excellent. For some odd reason which i hope will be a one off both potatoes were dried out… extra light on the cheese sauce an 2 pieces of bacon on each potato. They were pretty bad. Hopefully they will review and make changes…

Excellent service, fast (drive through fast), friendly service and they always get the order correct! Clean eating environment. And they do not give you an attitude when you ask for extra ketchup or napkins or any other condiments. Not bad at all for fast food! Also note that in dealing with the scumbag public in the hood they still remain professional.
Months later got a chicken sandwich with a bite out of it! My Son was shocked! Check your food for accuracy and such! Wont go back!

i love this wendys because they are always so quick at the drive thru. having only a 30-​min lunch, every minute counts and im usually in and out in under 3 mins. not only that but i cant think of a time when they ever got my order incorrect, and ive been here plenty of times. the staff is always friendly and professional. thumbs up wendys!!!

I don’t have an issue with the food it’s always great. But the service here is another issue. The blonde girl working the drive thru window is unbelievably rude. It’s not my fault you hate your job.

I love Wendy’s but this time around their food sucked. I got the baked potato and chili my husband got the new pretzel burger. Normally you get a nice size baked potato this potato was small and they open it and was kind of smashed in for it to look like a medium size potato. My husband did not like the pretzel burger. The pretzel was kind of hard and did not looked appetizing. Don’t waste $ 5 on a nasty burger. Get a regular cheeseburger instead.

The NEW sea salt french fries made HERE at this particular Wendy’s, they are really GOOD! They are delicious. Because they are FRESH & crispy! Did you see my photo I posted? Hehe… The only thing that I didnt really like very much, was the lady at the drive-​through was not very nice & friendly AT ALL!!! Maybe if she were to just smile & just «pretend» like she likes her job! That would better. lol hehe

Stopped by here this afternoon while we were out and about and grabbed a bite to eat. They were training a new girl on the register so service was a little slow, but she was polite and got everything right the first time. Food was good as always, and they also had the menu nutritional info sitting out in printout form for the taking– a plus when you are doing Weight Watchers. Wendy’s is definitely one of my favorite fast food options. They have better food (although their prices are a little higher then most) and good service. This location is no exception.

Great food, clean inside with fast and friendly drive thru service. Gone quite a few times and the order is always right the first time. Can’t ask for much more at a chain fast food joint.
