By far the rudest service I have ever encountered. The order taker matthew. Actually wanted to argue what it was I had ordered. You messed up just fix it not a big deal. But When YOU Want To Try And Come Across Like A BAD a$$ Over A Damn Hot Dog. Pathetic. And the manager on duty just let’s him talk back to customers in a rude demeaning manner. Aint no body’s fault you work for a fast food restaurant. If you can’t deal with the public. Don’t work with people. This place has been run into the ground. By its own employees.

New double bacon hot dog is excellent and probably something you would expect at a restaurant it was very good and cooked perfectly.

Can’t believe that they tried to charge me $ 0.23 for a glass of water without making me aware of it. Tried to sneak it by me. There are other locations near by owned by different owner. I would recommend them instead of this location. Next thing they will want to charge for ordering.

I asked for a cup for water and a male Employee with a headset and curly hair saw me get soda then yelled, «can somebody turn off the soda machine people are getting free soda!» Naturally, that upset me because he could’ve asked more discreetly… I then went back to offer to pay for the drink and he charged me 25 cents for the drink and that was that… I finished my drink and went back for a refill, to my surprise the soda machine was off! So, I then asked the lady cashier (later identified as a supervisor) to please turn the machine back on to get a refill, to which she refused, I then explained to her that the former cashier (who yelled that rude remark) charged me for the drink so I should be able to get a refill and she then apologized and said she can get «her boss» out here I said ok. He came over to the front and was LOUDER and didn’t even listen to what I had to say because he kept interrupting me, and if I can recall he said something like, «just this day you can have the soda…» (Like if I still did not pay for it!!!) Not very happy with the way this was handled on their part.
1^st the a-​hole that YELLED to turn off the machine could’ve been more discreet about it!!!
2^nd why the hell is the supervisor there if she needs to call «her boss» over for a simple solution.
Like, «ok sir you may have one more refill since we do not normally do this, my apologies on behalf of our new employee.» THAT would’ve sufficed!
3^rd «the Boss» (who looked Japanese) was not interested in what I had to say and was very LOUD in my face… Why didn’t he just say, «normally we do not do this but, since you paid for the drink we will let this go this one time, I apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused you» THATS HOW YOU HANDLE AN ANGRY CLIENT, NOT by shouting back at him.
1^st and last dam time I’m here. Rude rude rude.
Time was around 2:30pm 7÷19÷2015

Got called in for an interview for the next day, I missed the call. I called back to confirm just a few hours later and was told they had hired someone that morning. So rude!

This is the best schnitzel in lancaster i live by one on the westside and i drive to this one because the one out here serves chilli cheese slim jims
