Yes the wings are tasty but they’re chicken wings, they’re not a gourmet meal. I know most places act like chicken wings are like diamonds and way overcharge for them but doesn’t mean wingstop is not a fast food place. I don’t think one meal should go over 12 bucks. At least Hooters I can objectify the waitresses. I would not like to see any of these attitude heavy people show their cleavage. They should actually wear more clothes.

Love the wings. What I do not like is being put on hold… and they never came back on the line. So when I came in to order I watched the girl answer the phone and put everyone on hold. Crazy way to do to go orders.

Horrible wings. Bought a 6 piece combo and got wings that barely had any sauce and had a weird smell to them. Needless to say I won’t be eating these or coming back.

Went against what I said on returning here to only have it happen again was told 20mins turned into 40 mins, owner doesn’t seem to care. hope it gets shut down, horrible customer service sub par food skinny wings wait times extremely long for nothing. My first time here and it was NOT a pleasant visit! They said 15 min. for my order well it took like 5 min but my wings looked as if they were refried !!! Skin was hard !!! When I told the employee said«I don’t have control of what happens in the kitchen but we can remake your order in 15 min… Well I had to wait longer than that! I am very disappointed.

Services are terrible here!.. You will order they say a time, you’ll go pick it up and they’ll still make you wait 10+ minutes. The wings are smaller than my thumbs.

I’m a patient prson, but this is ridiculous. They told us 15 to 17 minutes for 2 ten wing combos and 45 minutes later snd we still have no food. They do nothing to compensate and only after it was already 30 minutes did they decide that they were gonna start making our food. We called it in, we should have been able to walk in and just pick them up, not wait inside an overly crowded place and having several people who came in after us get their orders 2 minutes before ours.

The food was great, but the service was terrible ! I ordered my food online last night at 5:29 p. m and they said it would be done at 5:49 p.m. I get to the store at 5:50 and I didn’t leave until 6:20 p. m ! They really need to work on their service.

I like the wings fine, and as this franchise is the closest to me while here in Lancaster, I often end up going here rather than driving down to the Palmdale store, a better example of the Wingstop brand. Anyway, this store is not being run well. They do not have enough people working there to handle the traffic they generate. Long waits in line are the norm during the meal hour, and forget phoning in orders. I mean that. Forget it. They put you on hold and will not return to the phone, or they do take your order and lose it. Last night I waited in line 20 minutes while two customers who had phoned in orders were told that their food was not even there. The guy working the register made about 4 trips through the store looking for food that had not been cooked. Ridiculous. Meanwhile, I am watching the guy just pick up the phone when it rang and then hang it back up. I don’t blame him, I suppose. There is only so much one person can do. But that restaurant needs to fire whoever the manager is and put somebody in there who knows how to staff and how to reliably take and prepare phone orders. During rush hour there needs to be TWO lines, one for in-store orders and one for pickups. I have given up completely trying to call the store and just use the internet to place orders now. The only problem is the TIME. You will be stuck in a single ordering line while your food sits there getting cold if you order at any time that coincides with a meal hour. I like their wings fine, but they are really making it hard to like the store. By the time I got my order last night my wings were just warm, not hot, and it is totally unnecessary.

The food is perfectly good food. The service rates this location one star. The person who stated she is the manager Nechelette, is as rude as a person can be. She is disorganized, got the food order wrong, over charged for one of the orders, and left out the dipping sauces. When I called over being charged nearly double what the food should have cost, Nechelett got very rude,. accused me of yelling,. but the call was recorded and I never once raised my voice. She refused to refund my card unless I drive in there with the receipt that she did not give. If not for this woman, this would be a great place to eat.

Ok so I placed my order online at 11:15 and was given a pick up time of 11:39. I’ve arrived to pick up at 11:59, 20 mins after when it was supposed to be ready and my order STILL isnt ready and im being told that the fax machine is lagging a little and its going to be a few more minutes… I dont even see wings in the fryer. Their wings are good but they have serious issues with time management. Now the lunch rush is starting and they are already behind. Finally got my order at 12:20 and it was wrong. Im done with this place!

Just ordered 30 wings extra crispy online, Waited 15min extra than the scheduled pick up time, and then. . Steroided out boneless wings, they were huge and kind of jointy, also soggy(not extra crispy) :( Ps. I ordered 2 sides of veggie sticks they only gave me 1, they were pretty busy but the food and inaccuracy,(not being crispy n 1 veg) $)sucked.
