These people are beyond rude. Ordered on May 14th. Kenneth does not have customer service skills. Yelled at us on the phone, sounded distraught as if he was running the whole place alone. The employees must be stressed or hate their job because they hate customers. Be careful do not order online, they do not confirm orders. And pizza is made with hate. If they had no business employees would be happy. Hopefully the manger Joanne and corporate is aware. Go to Dominoes!

Never had a problem with them, not sure why their rating is low. Quick delivery. Customer service is good, food is good, never had an issue. Don’t understand why they don’t include ranch when you order wings, why charge extra???

Today I ordered a medium and 220 oz drinks for delivery, before ordering it said 25 to 35 minutes, i was like okay fine. Then once I checked out, it said 50, even then I was like okay. But my Pizza was even 15 minutes past the 50 minute mark and I had to microwave it upon arrival.

Website didn’t recognize the delivery address, called in the order, confirmed 45min delivery. Over an hour past and no pizza. Called and they claimed to be having phone issues and could not hear the receiving end and to order online… Let’s just say we will be cancelling the order if they show up. Bad service.

I’m not a big Pizza Hut lover to begin with, but I’ll eat it if it’s in front of me. However, the experience I had today made me lose faith in my local restaurant. We had ordered two pizzas – one hand-tossed medium with pepperoni, sausage, onions with extra cheese, and one pan pizza with pepperoni, ham, beef, pineapple, banana peppers with extra cheese – and two bottles of soda, a Mtn Dew and a Pepsi. When we received our delivery at our home, we noticed our soda was wrong. They had given us a Diet Mtn Dew instead of regular. Okay, that was an easy fix, they could bring us the correct soda. While we were waiting for them to bring the right bottle, my daughter was reading the receipt and noticed that the pan pizza was missing toppings. They had only put Canadian bacon and pineapple and forgot everything else. Not only that, they had put very little to no sauce on the other pizza and no extra cheese. My wife was beside herself at this point, it was bad enough they had gotten the soda mixed up, but how could they mess up an entire pizza so badly? We called again to tell them what had happened and they gave us a $ 3 credit for missing toppings. We had no choice because the pizza was already half way gone and we just wanted to eat, so we weren’t going to get a whole new pizza to let it be leftovers. This restaurant has lost a customer because of their neglegence and poor attention to detail.

Ordered online… waited 10 minutes past the estimated time. I called to check on the status and they said it should be there shortly. 20 mins later(wait time 2 hours!) I call the manager and she didn’t even me an explanation or a free pizza. Cancelled the order altogether. Ridiculous!

BUYERBEWARE. POSSIBLECREDITCARDFRAUD! I paid with a credit card when I ordered from online. When the pizza was delivered the driver made an etching of my credit card number/exp date on her receipt. I didn’t give this thought till a few min later after it was too late, so I called my bank to report my card compromised and requested a new one as I have literally never have had any merchant ever do this in the past 4 years all over California and Nevada. Pizza was also undercooked and had to throw it in the oven for 10 min.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut quite a few times over the last few years as I live in the area. My family are not really big fans but I personally enjoy their pizza. Most of the time I order their pizza, it’s because I received a fairly good offer in my email. On two separate occasions I have attempted to redeem a promo code and they do not work. It always says«invalid.» I thoroughly read the fine print and there should be no reason the codes won’t work and the only conclusion I can come to is they’re using the classic bait and switch tactic. I have emailed corporate about the issue but never received a response, not even a default, «Thanks for contacting us, we’ll get back to you shortly.» Nothing. Which isn’t surprising. The quality of food you receive is a gamble. Sometimes the pizza is hot, fresh, and tastes great. Other times it’s cold, greasy, and depressing. My main reason for the review, however, are their wings. I almost always order the garlic parmesan bone-out wings every time I place an order at this Pizza Hut location. And every single time, without fail, I become violently ill. The most recent attack occurred last night. They are very good which is why I order them but I’ve finally decided to swear them off for good. I just can’t put myself through that kind of torture anymore. I’m not entirely sure if the fault is on them or me. Though I will say I have ordered the lemon chicken wings and I was just fine. I haven’t had any issues with any employees in particular. I read a previous review from a Unilocaler stating they weren’t aware their order was cancelled because of a delay in email notifications. I experienced this myself yesterday. I placed my order at 4:48PM and did not receive the confirmation email until around 9PM. So clearly this is an ongoing issue with their notifications.

So I had a party planned for my fourth period class. I placed an order online in the morning with scheduled delivery at 11:15. When that time rolls around, I discover that I’d gotten an email saying oops sorry we couldn’t process your order, call the store. Great, my class is there, hungry, expecting their celebration and I have no pizza. I call the store. And wait. And wait. And wait! Oh no, false alarm, just a recording in Spanish for twenty minutes. I actually put my student on the phone while I attempted to call on my cell phone. NOTHING. NOONE. Our class party was ruined. Online ordering was a joke. No one seems to even work there.

Placed an order for pick up the other night … And idk who made my pizza. I wish I would have asked but ITWASTHEBOMB. I’m not a pizza lover, but I was craving some and it was probably the best pizza I ever had. The crust was so fluffy and delicious. I had so much leftovers and just re warmed it for lunches and was still happy with it. Mmmmmmm

I wasn’t even happy about ordering Pizza Hut to begin with. They have fewer topping selections than other pizza places, BUT they deliver to the park me and my coworkers work at. We ordered via phone call because the phone app doesn’t allow you to split the pizza in halves to separate toppings. We ordered about ten till 5:00 pm. The driver got lost and called me twice and despite me telling him exactly how to find us we had to go find him on the other side of the park. We didn’t get the pizza until 6:30 pm. Brought it inside, the pizza was cold. No surprise there. But what was more upsetting was it was the wrong order. Instead of half cheese and half pepperoni, it was full pepperoni and full bacon bits. We ordered it half and half for a reason. I don’t eat pig product. So we called back to complain, waited another 45 minutes at least and was given a new pizza. The delivery guy was different and he still had to call to ask how to find the place. After all that, the pizza was dripping with grease and just gross. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut again. Especially from this location.

Ordered A pizza, Bread Sticks, and Pepsi. 15 minutes past my scheduled delivery time. I called to check on my order. They claimed they called me to due to an address glitch, they canceled the order. He claimed that a women answered and informed them that they did not place an order. I asked what phone number they had on file, it was the correct number, my cell phone. I instructed him to call the number again. After hanging up, he called, and to my surprise it was my cell phone and I answered. He still wouldn’t accept that he miss-dialed the first time. He was VERY rude, service was not existent. Never offered to re-take the order, or apologize for the inconvenience. WORST service. STAYAWAY. I would rather drive across town to get pizza from another Pizza Hut.

Horrible service they can’t get the simplest things right like cheese and peppers or remember to bring the ranch u ordered and won’t return in a timely manner to bring you the items they themselves forgot. They are rude and suggestive when it comes to you getting compensated for their mistakes. I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again. If you do talk really slow and repeat yourself many many times cause these kids want to get back to their smart phones instead of taking the time to get your order right and pleasing the customer
