I am in no way trying to be mean but this is my true experience with the lancaster wss shoe store. I ordered a pair of be seen sketchers the beginning of October 2015 said they would be there in 5 – 10 days no one called me, I called them they appolagized. And then told me it would be like 4 – 5 more days I have yet to get a call from them about the shoes I ordered it is now December and the shoes are still not there. I have to say they don’t have it together in this store and are defiantly not about keeping customers happy. And I should be able to order my shoes on the Internet from them but their website doesn’t let you do that either. I have never been so unhappy with a store before.

I’m glad they got this place out here been going to the one on del amo blvd in Dominguez and cherry avenue in long beach for years buying Jordans … The coupons in the mail help a lot I can always buy new socks with my sons Js and get it all for same as retail, store pretty clean and i like how the Js are in the front n easy to find

I like being greeted walking in. They had a great deal going on today, but not many shoes that I liked. The selection is usually decent for sizes, but they need to get some more lady’s flats!
Didn’t find one that fit with what I was liking for. Right now many are 50%. If you wear a lot of pumps that area in season, you’ll enjoy the selection, most of the women shoes are pumps.

The guy at the door that eyeballs your every move is really annoying. Every time i come in here, I feel like a criminal.
The selection is good and they give a 20% Military discount, which helps a lot.
