Now, I’m generally not a huge fan of kfc. But I am a huge fan of customer service, appreciating your customers’ time, and overall respect for your fellow human beings. I ended up at this location after visiting two other KFC locations, both of which I had terrible experiences. After standing around in one KFC store for nearly 20 minutes and still not getting any help from the customers, I was ready to give up and go to Popeye’s instead. But I figured why not, give it one more try (this store was on my way home anyways), so I stopped in. The employees at this store were friendly, helped me with my order, and got me in and out quickly and courteously. The food was good, what I come to expect from KFC, no surprises there, But the customer service made this a 5 star visit. This is now my go-to location when i’m craving KFC.

Usually their service is okay, but slow… But I must say tonight was different. This young man who worked the drive thru… Excellent!!! They need to keep the good staff they get… Food was hot and fresh, and he was doing it all by himself hopefully management will keep more staff like him

Worst KFC ever never has anything when we come here team members don’t know what the hell they are doing and they constantly run out of chicken and they don’t have any forewarnings just a heads up!

I’m sorry, IMO this place is horrendous when it comes to service and food quality. First complaint goes to management… Do you all try to tell your employees to try to avoid cooking crispy chicken vs. original recipe chicken because 85% of the time that I go they say none is up & it will take 20 mins to cook, or some type of dumb excuse. Also how do you run out of the chicken to make the honey BBQ chicken sandwiches? The sticker on the window for your Regional Manager/Trainer is A JOKE because they never answer &/or return calls. Believe me I have called 4xs. You all just super duper fail in my book!
