Very very satisfied customer. E & R Services techs are professional, courteous and clean! I used them to clean my windows and gutters. They show up on time and get the job done for the price they quoted. I plan to have them return for power washing my deck and siding. Highly recommend this company!

These guys came to my house and had a ladder fall and break 2 Windows (no people hurt as no one was on the ladder). After this, they wanted to some half-​wit repair which I refused. Then then came to my house when I specifically asked them not to do perform one of the half-​wit repairs (can you say trespassing?). I bid out a professional window company to come and he would only reimburse me for the one repair as he said he did the second one minus the charge of the cleaning. These guys are dishonest and poor business people

Previous window cleaning service customer. Made appointment-​even got a reminder call from the lady. Waited and waited. Called and left 3 messages. Burned a full day waiting. Trio of workers finally showed up at 5pm when it was getting dark. Too dark to wash windows-​not safe. They told me to call the office to re-​schedule. I asked them to call when we were discussing but they said there was nobody there on the weekends. I called on Monday and the lady only had another appointment a week out. Very disappointed at the poor communication. There are a lot of companies that do this kind of work-​good customer service is what keeps paying customers coming back. Read all the reviews — some not so good like this one. Will look elsewhere to spend my dollars.

Yes, had them before for many years and well satisfied. This time had to have them redo cleaning some and after they left found a few more not done to our satisfaction (also left crusted spots not paint). Blamed everything on condensation. They used to spray something on them before to make them last but this time did not. Going downhill. Seemed in a hurry.

We used E&R services in Dec 2014 and they did a decent job on the windows. However, they for some reason, left all of our exterior porch windows unlocked. We though it was odd at the time but not after we experienced an attempted robbery several days later. We called the police and they showed us where the thieves had tried to open the same windows from the outside leaving glove marks on the exterior glass. I would not let E&R into my home or on my property again. If you have had a similar experience please post and I will get in touch with you and put you in contact with the Montgomery County Police.

I used this company since they were half the price of another company that I had received a quote from. The two guys showed on time however it was down hill from there.
They did to introduce themselves at the door or say what company they were from. I could see in the driveway there was a black pickup truck with the E and R sticky sign on it. They then pushed there way into the house. At this point I am not even knowing why they need to come into the house. An explanation like– May we come in to remove your screens from your windows– would have been nice. They track mud that was on their shoes throughout my house without a care in the world. My house had just been professionally cleaned the day before.
At this point I am thinking honestly what kind of fly by night company is this??? I am used to having workers identify themselves at the door by company and name. Then either take their shoes off or put on booties. I have expensive oriental rugs in my house, however even if I didn’t– it’s common curtesy.
The window came out ok. I did not see then do a water change though out the entire 22 windows, and they used the same dirty towel on all my windows… So I had a lot of concern there. Their lack of professionalism, not putting things back, leaving my gate wide open when they left so my animals could escape, and having no way to write me a bill/​receipt tells me that this company is going no where fast. If it is even a company… I am kind of doubting that after dealing with them.

Your service people just left our home. They were to clean our aluminum siding which had mold and mildew on it as I told your office when I made the appointment. They say they are not able to remove mold and were unhappy because we had furniture on our side porch. No problem, we told them, we can move the furniture and plants. It was obvious from the beginning that they did not want to do the job. Meanwhile, we took time from our weekend to be here and could have had another company to do the work if we had known that they did not plan to do the work. Their excuse? The office doesn’t know what they are talking about. What a waste of time! Look elsewhere and find a real company.

Clean windows make such a difference in how our home look for the inside and outside. E&R did a great job with a three person crew in a just a couple of hours. Finished Job was GREAT! They also cleaned our gutters for us at the same time. We have used this company for years and love their work.

Working in my basement at 0830, I suddenly hear my outside water faucet turned on. When I go outside to inspect, an E&R Services van and some guy are in my neighbor’s driveway. The man standing at the van doesn’t speak or understand English and quickly runs across my yard to the far side of my house, turning the corner to my side yard to get another man (whose English is passable). He tells me they are there for «Jacobs» (my neighbor), but was given my house number (off from Jacobs’ by one character). For some mysterious reason, despite the fact that the name «Jacobs» and all but one character are boldly displayed on my neighbor’s mailbox, this rocket scientist thinks that one lone character is enough reason to wander my property. I call the E&R office and Hugo listens but only apologizes for this «minor misunderstanding.» He did not say he was going to inform/​train his workman. Didn’t care when I described the situation as «creepy» and «unprofessional.» Hey Hugo, not ringing my doorbell but instead skulking around my house is no «minor misunderstanding.» I wonder how «minor» this would have been if I had confronted the trespassers with a weapon or called the police (taxpayers dollars wasted for Hugo’s «minor misunderstanding). Since these guys (neither wearing a uniform, in fact the one that was on my property was in shorts and a tank top) left the neighborhood within a 10 minutes I wonder is E&R a real business or a business that carries out «side» jobs of evaluating property to come back later with their cargo van and ladders.

E&R Services came to my house to clean my gutters. They were awesome! They showed up on time, worked really fast, and did a complete job. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They left coupons for the next time, which is great. They were really professional and courteous, and were able to clean the gutters much faster than I would have been able to. They gave me a quote over the phone, and called to confirm my appointment. Money well spent. Very happy.
