pl stay away from this HELL !!! if u want you and ur kids o get asthama, u want to get robbed, u want roaches to scare you, u want Rita to scare u in your dreams !!! u want to ruin your credit, u want to pay 2000 for the clean up after u leave !!, pl stay away I beg, please !! its a hell !! a living shit– hole !!

This is the worst appartment you can live in. I recently got robed and not just me 5 more family also got robbed in this community in a one month. They broke into my home and steal most of my belongings. How ironic is that I got robbed on the same day when maintainanceman suppose to come and fix the my kitchen light and water leak. When I went to the office with my situation all they told me that they are sorry but they can’t do anything about it. They have security cameras but they are not working. So when I asked them to check the recording do I can see how robers looks like they told me it’s not for tenants. After that I asked them to transfer me to top level appartment since I live on basement level and they broke into so easily i find that life threatening for me and my family but they wants to charge me transfer fee. Not just that they are not even letting me break the lease, so I wants to leave from here since I got robbed and it’s life threatening I still have to pay early termination fees. They have security camera in all over parking lot but they are not working. That was not enough I asked them since it’s not safe and secure to live what they will going to do about it all that management told me is it’s not there responsibility to do anything for security because they don’t advertise it to be save and secure place to live. They absolutely have no heart I also talk to Mr. steven the property owner about my issue all he told me that he is sorry but he can’t do anything because he has mortgage to pay. So that means you got robbed and he still going to charge you. He is just heartless person the devil… Stay away if you love yourself and your family and your personal possessions. It’s just not safe.

Forest Lake apartments don’t deserve a single star rating. This community has loads of problems, the very first and huge problem is of safety and security. They have security cameras embellished around the apartments but they are not working as mentioned by leasing office. Apartment gets broken in and burglarized but all you can hear from them is that «we are sorry» they won’t even let you switch your apartment neither they will allow you to end the lease and leave their apartment without paying penalty charges. Safety and security is the very first factor you consider when you chose a house or apartment but these apartments are way beyond safety and security. These apartments get burglarized every now and then. I decided to move out of these apartments after my apartment got burglarized and I didn’t get favorable response from the leasing office. They asked for penalty if I want to switch the apartment or break the lease and leave. Another problem is infestation, their apartments are infested with rats and roaches. I keep my kitchen bleach clean, every night I make sure that my kitchen is clean before I go to bed but every time I come to my kitchen & turn the lights on I see bunch or roaches, not only in kitchen but everywhere in the apartment including bathroom. Every week I have to put mouse traps to get rid of this infestation.
