You sit waiting for over an hour to be attended to. Then they will rush you out. Eyebrow wax, they barely fix your eyebrows. I had to get back in with tweezers after to make mine look presentable. The people are rude also.

Will never go back again. I was a customer for a number of years. I was getting a gel manicure on a Saturday when she cut the side of my finger with her instrument. no apology was given. My finger was so sore for days later. the following Thursday I had a bacterial infection that went into my blood stream from the cut that i received the previous Saturday. they are not very clean/​sterile there and it is very apparent — I don’t know what i was thinking…

I went here bc their gel nails were a good price. The male worker filed my nails to different lengths from my right and left hand! Not to mention the gel nails were so sloppy.

It’s unfortunate to see such negative reviews about this place since I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve never had to wait to see someone (but I go here during the day, so that probably makes a difference). Been here for manicures, pedicures and waxing with no issues and the owners are actually really nice people. It’s also relatively inexpensive. :)

This place is below average in my opinion. They rush through the services leaving crooked nails of different lengths, and they don’t make much of an effort to talk to you or act like they appreciate the business. I have been there on more than one occasion (just to make sure I gave them a fair try), and every time I’ve gone, it’s always been the same cold treatment. It’s fine for people who just want cheap prices, don’t expect much, and have never experienced a better quality manicure and pedicure, but I would rather go somewhere where they take the time to do the job right and show a little appreciation to their customers.

Terrible… sliced my toe with a cuticle nipper and it would not stop bleeding. No apology until she saw I was visibly upset. Needless to say I did not stay to get anything else done.

The quality of the pedicure and manicure is good but if you arrive as a walk in & sign the sheet noting the services you want you must still let them know verbally what you want. Be prepared to wait. You may be there for a long wait.
