It’s just a regular cornerstore, but they carry a stunning variety of caribbean and latino fruit juices, always have at least 3 flavors of Philly Water Ice Co. water ice(and the rather large«small» is only $ 1), and they are the first corner deli that comes close to the size, prices and quality of Major Wing Lee’s hoagies. Like Wing Lee’s, they use Dietz & Watson meats and fly through them so fast the meats seem almost«fresh.» Call ahead but go right over– the one guy who makes sandwiches is fast and great, but he’s not always there; If one of the other two guys is making it, you are in for a wait and you will want watch because they will skimp on meat and forget to add toppings.
