I realize tattoo shops are not your typical 9 – 5 job atmosphere. But its still your JOB, with that being said, certain tattoo artists at this establishment should practice professionalism and basic common courtesy when dealing with clients. Unfortunately for me, If I didn’t call a client back after they’ve made numerous attempts to schedule an appointment, there would be repercussions to my actions.
Bottom line… If this is your livelihood, treat clients with respect just as you would like to be treated!

I’m loving this place. I’ve had seven tattoos including eyeliner in my life. Upper Darby Inkwell is the first time I’ve been a repeat customer anywhere, I think I’ve found my place. My friend and I went in with a living social, I came out totally satisfied and we both went back for eyeliner. I also dragged my boyfriend in and his tattoo is so perfect it looks like the sticker he based it off of. He is thrilled as well. Looking forward to getting back in there!

I just git my tattoo done here and it was an all around great experience. Mike was the artist that did my ink (he has done work for my husband also) he did a great sketch for my sparrow and then did an AMAZING tattoo. We will be back!
