Everyone here has been incredibly helpful! We had a hard time getting help at BBB, but our experience here was night and day different! All of the staff went above and beyond to help us make decisions, and get the best prices! They were beyond patient with us and very educated! Megan(I believe she is a manager) is especially helpful!

Amazing customer service! They gave us a coupon, fetched a cart when we forgot one, loaded our item into the cart, then the cashier went & got a variety of wrapping options since we couldn’t find them. They were all super nice, even though we were very needy customers. I’m not usually a fan of Babies R Us, but this experience changed my mind.

I went to Babies R Us yesterday because there was an item that I just can’t get at Target or Meijer. I often avoid coming to this place or Toys R us. 1: Because they are ridiculously over priced and 2: It’s on the other side of town. However, we made our way out there. It was fairly busy and they had tons of employees working. So we go to check out, they only have the guest services open for check out. We are next in line and wait for 10 mins. 3 people behind the counter talking and not even acknowledging us. Finally someone else comes and opens a lane. We go over there, where we are third in line. Just to have the lady at the guest services to shout at us that she can now help us. We are already very annoyed and it shows. She bombards us about their Rewards program and if we have an account or a card or how she can look it up by number. After politely saying no to all that, she then insists on batteries. I don’t care if pushing these products are part of your job, the biggest part of your job is customer service. Of which you failed! This is why I go everywhere else other than this place.

While I’m not one to write reviews on big chain stores all the time I feel as though I’ve been a regular here for awhile and I felt the need to. Not because I have a child. No no no no no … this uterus will be staying barren for quite awhile thankyouverymuch. It’s because it seems like every one of my girl friends have a bun in the oven, or already have taken the bun outta the oven. This equals a crazy amount of baby shower gifts. I have actually been to quite a few baby stores, and Babies R Us stores in general due to all my friends going to Team Preggo. I am just not super impressed with this place. While I love how their registry is done, and that the sections are organized, I just cannot stand how much of a disaster their clothing section is and how they don’t have a lot of the items I’ve tried to find on my friend’s registries. The other thing is even though this store is generally well stocked and organized it always seems dirty inside. I don’t know what it is but it’s like no one has dusted the place for 5 years and the floors are due for a stripping and waxing. There is just something about the interior of the store that gives me that dirty/grimy feeling. I also hate how over priced all of this stuff is. Not like it’s any better at most places but I guess I don’t understand the point of a lot of the garbage they sell to unsuspecting and gullible parents. I don’t understand why you’d pay for a 5-pack of onesies here at the price of over $ 10.00 when I can go to Walmart or Target and get them for $ 7.00 or less. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location. All in all I would say this store isn’t bad. Considering this is the only local Babies R Us option there isn’t another choice. :-)

Since I have a toddler and another little one on the way — and several friends with very small children — I spend a LOT of time at Babies R Us! The store is huge and is packed to the gills with everything for the preschool set — toys, books, clothes, food, diapers, furniture, babyproofing items and other assorted gear(strollers, car seats, high chairs, etc.) I registered here when my son was born and was very happy with BRU. I had no problem returning items, and I received no duplicates.(The clerks are very good about always asking if anything you’re buying is off a registry.) I’ve always found the store to be very clean and neat, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
