My parents (85 & 87 years old) bought a mattress on Dec 6 by salesman named Park. He told them that would have 100 days to evaluate the mattress and if they were not 100% satisfied they could return it. It was delivered and they tried it for a couple of weeks while having the worst sleep. Today Dec 28th we back to the store to exchange it for another mattress and Park remembered who they were and did everything that he could to accommodate them. I am quite impressed with the level of customer service they received & when it is time to buy a mattress for our guest room (as the mattress is 7 years old & 8 is the magic number for replacement) I will be going to Mattress Firm down here in Chicago. Thank you once again guys for taking care of my parents.
