What a surprise! You walk in with this questioning look on your face and they help you! No fuss, no muss, easy easy and what ever else says that the service is great. They took care of both my husband’s and my needs for batteries and bulbs very quickly. There was a steady stream of puzzled folks walking in and leaving with their needs satisfied. Recommend them very highly.

Replaced an iPad 2 screen while I waited and were extremely informative on the other products and services that they offer. I also needed to replace my cordless drill battery that had died and they suggested, rather than purchasing a replacement, that I rebuild the current one that I have as it would be cheaper and have a longer warranty. These guys are great, really on top of their game. Would highly recommend.

Get your car battery here! They recommended one that was good but not expensive, even looked up an online coupon at the register. Installed it for nothing extra, too, even though it was kinda complicated to do. Great service from an AUTO place. Can’t even believe it.

Exceptional Customer Service
I was trying to find a laptop battery for my kid’s computer. Nobody in Lansing, including Batteries Plus (Frandor) had one. But they suggested I try their Grand Rapids store. It was in stock in GR, but when I told them I would have to drive from Lansing to pick it up, they said we’ll send it to you. I requested it on a Monday afternoon, and it was in the Lansing store before noon on Tuesday. They even phoned me to say it was in.
