after buying 3-large screen tv’s from this location and having it delivered, one of the remote controls didn’t work so i called the delivery company, they recommended a few choices which included taking the old remote to the store for another one. a simple solution turn into the worst day ever. i was told by a salesman after he spoke with his supervisor i can take a remote that’s been used or i can bring the tv back i could pick up one in markham il, or again i can bring the tv back ect. this is the worst bestbuy i have ever shopped at, they were unprofessional, rude, lazy, and acting like they were doing me a favor. i paid for a new product in full, so i believe it should be fully functional. i told the last sales lady i spoke to i will call bestbuy delivery to pick up the tv then, she stated that i would have to pay for them to do that. she finally decided after looking in the drawers behind the counter for any remote control to check the stock room. after all the different stories i was told she came back with a new remote control exactly like the one i returned.(the product was discontinued, we don’t have any new ones, and we can see if any lying around)

Clean store. It’s a roll of the dice on whether or not you’re going to speak with someone with a smile or someone with an attitude. Stick with the staff on the floor to not ruin your day.
