Brogan’s Tire and Auto Service

tried this place again. horrible service. horrible attitudes. there is a reason small businesses like this are not around anymore. if u need your car fixed go here. if u need your car fixed and want friendly service avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve lived in lansing for 10 years, and this is the only shop I trust. They are always completely honest about their pricing and service, and I’ve never had an issue working with them.
They are usually happy to inspect your car for nearly free, and do minor repairs. Of all the car repair shops I’ve been to, Brogans has the best prices around.
Oh, and as my Girlfriend says, «It’s kinda like bringing your car to your grampa.» They are always very helpful and try their best to explain things as clearly as possible.

My spouse and I have different last names. I brought in both of our vehicles separately and got brand new, expensive tires for both. The first trip in went flawlessly and the person who checked me in was very polite, provided excellent customer service, and made no issue of my last name not being the same as my spouses given that I was the person who brought the vehicle and I was paying for it with my own card. When I brought in the second vehicle, I checked it in, gave all my information, I said that the vehicle was my partner’s and I gave his name. I even had to call my partner to find out where one of the tools was to get the tires off of his vehicle. When I returned the man who had checked me in gave me a hard time because my last name was not hyphenated and including my husband’s last name on my credit card and my ID though my ID and credit card matched. This is obviously sexism because he thinks that a woman should have their husband’s last name and I do not. I will not be returning to this location.

Came here to get new tires and an alignment. They did a great job. Were very friendly, honest, and performed the work quickly at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Came here on a recommendation and a donut. The people were very personable and they switched and patched my tire in the time it took me to go next door and get a mocha.
Quick and courteous, would recommend in the future.
