My car overheated and I’m from out of town. I delt with Luke and Danny at this location and was very happy with the level of service and quality of work they were able to do in such a short
time frame for me. I paid less than expected (shopped around pricing to compare) and was updated about the status as they worked on it. I do not live in the area, but if I every need something while I’m visiting my parents in this area I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it back. Thanks again! I appreciate you making what was looking to be a pain repair so quick and easy!

Had my old beater truck in for service at Vision. They were very thorough at diagnosing the various issues that I was having with the truck, and found some things I wasn’t aware of as well. It cost me more than I had hoped, but that wasn’t Vision’s fault. My old truck was acting like an old truck.
The charges were very reasonable considering the extent of the work. My truck is back to being its old self again. All the strange noises are gone and I feel a lot more confident driving it. The mechanics even stayed a little late to finish the job. I’ll definitely be going back for work on our other cars.

As good as it gets when it comes to auto service. First off, they pick up and return your car to you, which is so amazingly convenient that it makes the typical shuttle service of dealerships look like amateur hour. From there, they provide top notch service and attention to detail that rivals or surpasses the dealerships. I have had two different vehicles serviced by them in the last 6 weeks and both times they went above and beyond to diagnose the actual problem and avoid unnecessary expense. The first time it was my wife’s Audi A3 and the dealership wanted over $ 1,300 for repairs that Vision Tire & Auto was able to do for $ 750 — using OEM parts. They don’t try to upsell, they do great work for a reasonable price, and they offer great customer service. I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve previously been to Vision Collision for body work on a few occasions and was really happy with the service. I thought this company mainly did tires which I had always used Discount Tire for. But after reading a review that this place did brakes I thought I’d give them a try. I had my brakes and rotors done. They did a good job for a competitive price.
I have family and friends in town, but the pick-​up service was really helpful so I didn’t have to ask anyone I knew to come into East Lansing to get me.
I explained to him how my car had been jerking since I had my last tires put on, which has happened on more than one occasion to me in the past. I asked him if overtighting could warp the rotos because I had read that somewhere. He said it could and explained their process to ensure that doesn’t happen. I will likely be going here for my tire service too from now on.
