During the process of cleaning my shirts were stained beyond repair. They offered to reclean them but a note was on the shirts saying they could not get out the stains, they had made, without damage to the garment. These were 2 of my favorite designer shirts and they will not compensate me for them. Nor did anyone follow up with me.

You get what you pay for here. The great part is everything is about $ 3.00 per garment item. Dropped off clothes at 8am, ready to be picked up at 5pm. They also give you the option that if it’s a delicate item, you may want to go to another dry cleaner. CD will have you sign a waiver noting that they are not liable for any problems that may occur while cleaning the specialty garment. My clothing came back clean and pressed, no problems.
The only issue I have with the place is when they confirmed my phone number and name, they did ask for ID. Asking for ID is not the issue, however when I asked the clerk if they have a lot of clothing stolen from them, she replied «yes all the time».
Seeing as the employee said this, and the other two clerks didn’t argue with that statement, I am a little leery of handing over any garment to them.
