This Lansing Enterprise office is easy to access and pleasant to work with. I also found their late night hours to be convenient, as I was able to return the car early – and without hassle – which saved us some money! Seriously, this place has great customer service and they offer dependable, clean vehicles that are fuel efficient. Will return, for sure.

This is the 8^th time I have rented from the Lansing Enterprise office and have always received excellent service and the car was great. No hassle picking up the car at the airport as the rental yard is right outside of the baggage area.

Pro-tip: flying into the Lansing airport tends to be cheaper than Detroit (if you are coming from an airport with a direct flight). The rental car lot is also right outside the door of the baggage claim. After my swift checkout at the Enterprise counter, I walked about 500 feet to the rental car. The car was new and clean, and the return was easy! Next time we come home we’re flying to Lansing, renting from Enterprise and then driving to Detroit.

I understand places like these are hit or miss. But my experience was great. My flight was delayed but they made sure someone was there after hours to get me a car at no extra charge. And she upgraded me at no charge which was nice too. Book in advance to get the best rates.

I usually use Enterprise for a state employee discount. Reserved a van for a weekend trip with kid and friends. On-line reservation system worked fine, even received an email confirmation. But when I got there to pick it up, I was told that I had to have a Major Credit Card (NOT a debit card) and «that’s our policy» and No Exceptions. Even though I’ve used my debit MasterCard at Enterprise before, the policy was strictly enforced. Rather than disappoint six little kids and say we can’t go, I jumped over to Avis (Budget) without a reservation, and she said «That’s our policy, too, but let me see what I can do.» Well a half-hour later, I drove away in a clean, new van rented from Avis. BOO on Enterprise for their rotten customer service. Guy didn’t even look me in the eye during the entire time I was there.
