Don’t ever purchase with Hertz, EVER. People at front desk are nice, that is about it. DONT PURCHASE A HERTZ RENT TO BUY. Biggest regret in my life. Bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta with the horn, brake light, and power steering rack not working. Covered the horn and brake light after 2 whole months, and JUST NOW telling me they wont cover the power steering rack after they told me they would. Go with something else, this place is a joke.

This was an okay experience. Everything went well. The woman at the desk when I picked up the car was rude. I misunderstood her on something and was asking questions. For some reason, she didn’t like it. While she didn’t say anything rude, her demeanor, tone, and facial expressions said otherwise. When I returned it, the staff were much more friendly. The car was fine. It was a Ford Fusion. It needed to be washed, but it is a rental.

Again, I flew in late one night to give a presentation the next day. Again, seemed that Hertz remained open until I picked up a rental. Cuz right after that, Hertz turned off its light.
Even late at night, I still got friendly service. The lady there patiently answered all my questions.
This time, I got an Impala. Very nice car, which was loaded.
