Mac from MPC responded immediately when he read my review. He was concerned about the service I received and wanted to follow-up. A little while later he contacted me again and said that the owner Mark would appreciate a call from me. I called Mark and he was very concerned that I received poor service and was more than a little sorry for my experience. He thanked me for being willing to talk to him and said he wanted to send me something to make up for my experience. I don’t know how I could ask for a more considerate response. I presume my experience was an aberration because the company seems very sincere about making things right.
