After Fed Ex goofed big time, Nimble Sports (definitely NOT their fault) went above and beyond and fixed everything. Our Grand daughter received her birthday gift just in the nick of time. We are very grateful.

I ordered this beam directly from their site for my daughter on a Wednesday and received it on Friday, which was excellent delivery timing. However, when we opened it; there was an 1 – 2 inch tear in the suede on the side. Since it would be a pain to return it, I’ll use super glue to repair the tear.
It’s highly unlikely that I’d ever order from them in the future or refer a friend.
