Absolutely awful customer service and overall dreadful experience. Staff has no knowledge to assist you, other than to scam you into getting an overpriced garage unit. They quote you on one price and try to get you to sign for another. Units are not climate controlled and poorly secured. Even after contacting corporate with my issue no one would return my call or help in any way. It really deserves 0 stars

I was very pleased with the professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff. Laura and Patrick were very knowledgable about the units and the packing products. This was my first experience with a Public Storage facility and I was very impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend this store and the staff.

We visited this location and Selena was very friendly and helpful. She showed us the unit so we could decide if it was enough room. She is the reason we stayed at this location because we were going to leave and go down the street to another public storage to see if they had any discounted storage spaces but she keep us at this location with her willingness to go out of her way to help us. She even informed us that there would be some changes going on with unit doors to better serve us and that we would be accommodate. This was a nice change to actually have great customer service for a change.
