I had a furnace from them under warranty. It had a part break. They wanted $ 350 to fix it !!! I told them just get me the part that is under warranty. They charged me a $ 100 service call and got me the part which I picked up at their office. Then I called Bills After Hours and he came out and installed the part for $ 50. It was only like 4 screws and 2 wires. Hmmm, $ 350 labor for the same job another guy charges $ 50 for? I think not. When I questioned the the $ 350 price for an under warranty repair I was told «It’s what people will pay».
