Sears Outlet

Just for informational purposes, We have owned 4 homes and every house has been completely stocked with Sears appliances… a little over $ 50k worth. Full Kitchen, Water Softener systems, and Laundry Rooms… My problem, our brand new kenmore frigerator purchased from Sears, 2 months into ownership the stainless steel started rusting. How does stainless steel rust? If I had known when buying our new kenmore frigerator that Kenmore does «not warranty for surface defects» on their appliances I would not have purchased. But, now that they have explained this to me, I feel compelled to let others know so that they don’t end up in my situation. You get the tip and I get the rusted out $ 1800 kenmore frigerator. I did post 2 stars because I am very happy with sears extended care programs… that I have on all our products from them because they do come out and maintain all of our appliances. Over $ 50k spent on home appliances and many being kenmore dishwashers, frigerators, clothes washer and dryers, stoves, microwave ovens, sears have been good. But, for the last time, we have an $ 1800 stainless steel kenmore frigerator with a rust covered and pitted face that they «do not warranty for surface defects». I hope no one else has this happen to them.

Very poor customer service. In my opinion, it is not worth the time or money to shop here.
