This Sephora is a disappointment. The employees aren’t knowledgable about basic products and are hard to track down when you have a question. The store is smaller than most and doesn’t have many of the products I was looking for. Needless to say, the lackluster employees are what make this Sephora not worth going to.

It’s a smaller Sephora location, so they don’t have everything I usually buy. I settled for a different mascara than I usually get. No YSL here.

Went to this Sephora location today and no one helped myself or sister. Only a few associates working and the line to checkout was very long. Would have bought something if we had been offered help or at least acknowledged. Will not be coming back to this location.

I absolutely LOVED my beauty experience. It was my wedding day makeup and Mallory Belote was AMAZING! She understood exactly what I was looking for, made me look better than I ever could have imagined, and she was so fun to talk to and hang out with while she did my makeup. I cannot rave about Mallory enough!

I have now had several great experiences with Sephora since this location at Eastwood town center. This place has been quite the revelation for me as i normally buy beauty supplies at department store or (gasp) drug stores. The staff is well trained and willing to help, want a new lip color, the staff will show you options and even apply them so that you get exactly what you want and they will teach you how to apply it.
I had my make up done buy Mallory for my wedding day and I would definitely recommend the service to anyone who wants to feel flawless our learn a bit more about what might look best on them. She was wonderfully nice and explained to products she was using and how I can use them at home. I got great new foundation matched to my skin and a lip color that I love! Can’t recommend Mallory enough and the Sephora experience in general. I have been back sevral times and will go back again regularly.
