Phil is the rudest store manager ever. I tried to schedule a reserve in store item. He stated that he does not conduct charge-sends unless you are in the store. Meanwhile, I had scheduled a bunch of change-send items throughout the country at other Gap stores. Arrogant and rude, he should be fired!

I have a love-hate relationship with the Gap. Sometimes I love their selection of clothes and other times I’m bored with their muted colors and old looking pieces. It’s much like a rollercoaster ride with the Gap but that’s a corporate issue and I can’t fault the location for that.
I did like this one and it’s location. Being apart of an outdoor mall like Eastwood miles away from a college campus, you are bound to do well. It’s surrounded by many resteraunts, plenty of parking, and other shops as well. A movie theatre nearby also helps when people are waiting to see their movie and need to kill time. It’s also just convient to shop here rather than a stuffy mall, IMO.
The staff is like all Gaps, friendly and helpful. The prices are the usual, moderate but good sales.
