The manager and customer service are so bad! Won’t come again, when I want to exchange something but is a final sale, they can exchange last week, but this week they don’t allow me exchange, and said they want to educated me, why I buy a final sale item, it’s a risk! Careful to buy in this store.

I’ve been shopping at Ann Taylor for years, but will not shop at this location again due to poor customer service and management. I will drive an hour east or west to shop in-​store. or will shop online.
