Steve, the HVAC repair man, made a service call to my 93 year old mom’s house at 11pm on the hottest night of the year (so far) when her AC stopped working. He diagnosed a fixable problem on a very old Central AC unit and came back the next morning to repair it! Excellent service by any measure. I would call this company again in a heartbeat!

Steve and his team at Smart Move Home Comfort Solutions, Inc. did excellent work for us. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He was thorough in discussing the job beforehand and he’s been even more communicative throughout. He even went the extra mile and out beat a competitor’s quote. We are completely satisfied with our new central air, the Trane unit looks great, and so does all the new duct work, electrical, insulation accessories etc. I Highly recommend them.

Excellent, prompt & courteous! The furnace needed a limit switch & it was replaced the same day. I was told by other companies I may need a new furnace. Thank goodness I made the Smart Move and will definitely recommend them.

We had 2 other people out to figure out why our furnace was blowing cold air, and Steve was the first one who diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it inexpensively. Very police, very fast and very reasonable.

Wonderful experience! I called because my furnace stopped working, and Steve was doing a call nearby and offered to come the same day to check it out. I needed a new part and, rather than do like most places and charge me right away for the part, he checked around to see if it was covered under warranty!!! He ended up having to get the part the next day because my visit was right at the close of business, but he called in the morning to let me know that he ordered my part, asked what my home schedule was like, and gave me timely updates as to his arrival. He then did the work, double checked it, AND gave me a great price!!! I will gladly use them again AND recommend Smart Move to anyone!

Great experience, called Sat am, they squeezed us in at the end of their day, called before arriving to say they’re running early, 30 min and we’re up and running. Four Seasons quoted my husband without even seeing the unit, quoted a few hours to replace parts that needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be out till after the holiday. Steve was personable, as well as his assistant Kyle. Erin was great scheduling us. Thank you for helping us out! Definitely recommend!

These guys were great. Steve came out on a Saturday. Called when he was a few minutes away. Assessed the problem immediately and had our A/​C working again in less than an hour. We will definitely call them again for any HVAC issues!
