Great customer service. Buying a new phone or changing plans can be a hassle but this store understands that and appreciates your business. The store is typically pretty busy but they are aware of your time and don’t ignore you for hours. They take the time to explain new plans and possible savings. I have been to other stores in town and this is by far my favorite.

Lansing, MI
Today I went on lunch to buy a house charger for my cell phone. I expected to pay around $ 30 to $ 40 (not knowing what the general price range is). I paid $ 23 for an electrical-​outlet charger that converts to a USB-​port charger. (State employees get a $ 7 discount).
I was greeted immediately, even tho the place was packed, I did not have to wait, as I was just making a simple purchase. The gentlemen were all friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and never got more than 8 steps from the front door. They brought the product to me and used their portable scanner-​computer-​thingies to ring it up. Very convenient.
