Horrible customer service. They always stare at you like your a alien in there. So fucking rude. And the makeup aisle is disgusting! I didn’t know that taking a big bite out of a lipstick was delicious?! It must be! I see so many bitten lipsticks!!! WTF!!! They never restock lipsticks either. So damn frustrating!!! Hate this place! Don’t go! Horrible lines, flirty security, flirty employee stockers who make you uncomfortable shopping because they look like wolves looking at meat.

Every time I come to this Walmart, lines are long. There are never enough registers open to accommodate customers. Terrible management and customer service. Such a disappointment.

Long lines even though at least 8 cashiers are just walking around at any given time. Customer service sucks even from the managers stand point. It seems like they hired people on community service to work there attitudes are at an all time high I made the mistake of asking someone in electronics a question he walked in the other direction. Once I actually made it to the register I had to listen to two cashiers talk about how it was pay day and they were going to get sew ins smdh ghetto as hell. I will be going to target in Munster Indiana from now on

I almost always shop at this Walmart but today was a different story. I had an E-Gift card that I wanted to use and I guess the cashier didn’t know how to put it into the system so she still rung up my items but she sent me over to the Customer Service Center and told me that they could re-ring me and use my gift card because her scanner didn’t work. So I went over to the Customer Service Center and the cashier acted as if she couldn’t ring me so that I could use my e-gift card. I left frustrated because neither employee acted as if they knew what they were doing. I will not be returning to shop at this neighborhood Walmart.

The cashier is nice but new they left her alone and didn’t even show her how to void an item out, or how to print out a receipt for credit if they didn’t have the pen for the pad… then she flicked her light on and we were waiting for 9 mins. in customer mins that’s way more… seems they would be a bit better with that… the security was rude, I understand u need ro see my receipt however you just saw me checkout with the girl, 1 I was right next to u, 2 u asked a manager to help her out… politeness is the key… also they did not have an item I called and asked about before I evwn drove out here… don’t think I will b returning to this one…

This is suppose 2 be a SUPER center; however they never have what you’re looking for. The store is dirty, employees have attitudes, lines are always long with 4 registers open. They were doing better when it was the old Walmart down the street. Horrible customer service!!!

Very first day shopping a boy was screaming for help and dragged through the aisles. I tried to help but he wouldn’t stop. Several associates stood around did nothing one even laughed. Finally we found someone who helped. The first few times time store was stocked and short lines and friendly service. However that has since changed. It seems in the evening the employees are the worst. Many talking, laughing and ignoring customers. I do admit there are a few wonderful employees but they are few and far between. Last time I went to ask a employee at the service desk a question she said something to someone then walked away. I waited 10 mins thinking she was coming back. Then I went to electronics to get a phone there was several tags for the phone but after waiting found out they were out of stock. Instead of removing the tags the associate put it back. That was a waste of time. Definitely won’t be back as much. I had high hopes for the new Walmart.
