Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lantana

Hotel and staff were wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great, seating could get alittle crazy. Gave 4 stars because the pool needs more attention. It’s located in odd place with white fence that you can’t see through and feels isolated. Just not homey feel to pool. No table and chairs just 2 spots to lay out.

While the hotel was new and clean there are some issues that need to be corrected. There was no water pressure in the morning making taking a shower difficult at best. The free breakfast is what you expect from HIX but there was no milk for cereal. When asked for milk the staff said to use the coffee creamer. Not exactly a substitute.

Very clean, modern nicely appointed hotel rooms everything laid out conveniently. Hotel staff is very attentive, breakfast more than adequate but not five-​star dining. Would recommend staying there again.

I hate to give a place only 2 stars especially since the place is only two weeks old.
But… When we went to our room the door was open, I mean open literally open, although it had clean linen and clean towels in the bathroom the toilet seat had urine on it and the floor and someone had washed their hands in the sink and left it very messy.
The front staff was very nice I will say that much.
Coffee is supposed to be there all day long, after breakfast and out and they did not refill which was a little disappointing, and the kitchen staff would get maybe a grade D at best.
And last the place is two weeks old and falling apart, this place was put together by a handyman it looks like, no disrespect to handyman but this place is a joke, Hot and cold water faucets mixed up in the bathroom, bathroom door when you close it you can look out of the cracks, to small of a toilet seat for the toilet, molding missing, elevator is working correctly, the list goes on and on!
Hopefully they need to work out the bugs and later on it will be a nice place to stay, but for the first time it was not so great for a Holiday inn Express, and we have stayed at many.
We where there with some family members and the first thing they said in the morning to me is what do you think about the hotel and they had the same basic complaints.
