I arrived unannounced without an appointment and they immediately Took my vehicle to install a new tire. I was in and out in less than 55 minutes with a brand-new tire. Please bear in mind they were very busy but fit me into their schedule… They actually gave me a discount based on an Internet coupon and made good on the offer… I highly recommend this location for anybody needing good service and good prices.

My friend got her oil changed here. I picked her up, went to the mall, and they were done by the time we came back. Good service, not quick enough for impatient people, but we were good. Look for deals online or in the magazines. Might be a little pricey without a coupon. I’ll be going there again for new tires so look out for my next review :)

I was researching on the internet tire prices and local installers when I came across Tires Plus. I called and spoke with Noël the manager who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was able to match the tire prices I had gotten on the internet. This saved me 4 – 5 days in shipping time. He told me he could have the tires in the shop in a few hours (WOW). These were not ordinary tires… but 20″ low profile, not usually in stock tires.
He promised I would be in and out in under 2hrs. Brought vehicle in, had 4 tires mounted, balanced & front end alignment done in 1hr 40min. Jeep drives smooth & straight. Only wish they had nitrous for the tires.
Bottom line: great prices, willingness to please customer, friendly and honest.

Superior customer service. Jenna quoted me the best price on tires. My boyfirend called seven different tire places looking for the best deal. It was super easy to make an appointment. Then when I had trouble with one of the tires a few days after I purchased it, they were able to honor the warranty and replace the tire all becase Noël went above and beyond with stellar customer service.
I know buying tires and/or servicing your car can be stressful, this location of Tires Plus really exceeded my expectations.
A huge thank you to the entire team!
