I ordered a custom made chocolate princess cake for my dads 90th birthday party. She put chocolate ganache on top to customize it and make it even more beautiful. I checked a couple of times before the actual date and she not only remembered me but remember the order. The cake was divine and everybody loved it. I think the polar bakery is the greatest.

I am a born and bred Swede, now a snow bird in Boynton Beach, FL. Finding this authentic Swedish bakery close to my winter home makes my stay here even sweeter! I have never warmed up to American cakes and desserts — often too sweet for my taste, but these Swedish classic baked goods are just up my alley!

We came into this bakery on a whim and I’m so glad we did! I picked up a delicious Marzipan covered Princess cake which was delicate and sweet with raspberry filling and vanilla custard. It was the most delicious moist birthday cake ever. I am so glad we stopped in. We also got a loaf of sourdough bread, blueberry cookies and almond croissants. We will totally be back for all future birthday cakes and baked goods. Well Done, Polar Bakery!!! AUTHENTIC Swedish baked goods!

I like this place. The pastries are Fresh and tasty. At Christmas time the owner served glog -(I think that’s how you spell it) its a spice wine drink. A few weeks ago a patient’s family brought in an assortment of pastries as a thank you gift to the staff after the patient had surgery. Everything was delicious. The staff is friendly. It is a tiny space and there is one table inside and one table outside. Otherwise it’s mostly a takeout Bakery
