Buffalo Wild Wings

As always the food is delicious. My favorite is the garlic Parmesan & pickle chips! The service was absolutely terrible. When we first walked in the girl was so rude and had a terrible attitude. When we asked for the bar area she rudely told us to «Kay go.» When we sat down the waitress only came to check on us once and I had to wave someone down to even get silverware once we received our food. As we were leaving the girl didn’t even say have a good evening because she was playing on her phone. I was astonished I have never been to a BDubs with terrible service.

I don’t understand the hype about this place. Sure the wings are good but man they are extremely pricey.
Service was great, fast & accurate. Food tasted great although I’m not a fan of their fries but that is merely a personal preference. Would consider going again if it wasn’t for the price. Generic fries and wings with one water and one coke should be +$ 50. I don’t get it.

Didn’t eat, just came in for beer. I’m going to sound really picky… but one of the TVs wasn’t straight, the server gave me a pen to sign my bill with Subway advertising on it, and he used profanity with me. I didn’t mind it since I normally talk that way but what if… I run a restaurant and I don’t allow these small details. Says a lot about your establishment.

Love the place, great atmosphere, great staff, and great food. This is the place to be!

We walked in on a Saturday at 2:00 pm and the place was totally chaotic. We waited for 10 minutes before the hostess said they were cleaning up for our party of 30. I told her we were a separate party of 6. She proceeded to ignore us some more and then we left 5 minutes later. Since we did not taste the food our get to look at a menu I am unable to rate this establishment.

I am not sure if all locations are the same but these guys in Lapeer Michigan seemed to have perfected their wings. They are big, crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside which usually means they are perfectly cooked. I’ve tried a couple of dry rub sauces such as buffalo and chipotle, excellent ! Their saucy sauces are good, and spicy means really spicy. Service was excellent.

This has the absolute worst service in town. What kind of staff doesn’t know how to make a crown on the rocks. This chain doesn’t have anything to offer food wise either. Only way I will return here is for the TVs and beer if my friends demand to go there.

Great food. Kid friendly. Kid meals ½ price on Sunday. Great friendly service from our server Amanda B. Asian Zing chicken salad and buffalo chicken flathead were really good.

Single handedly the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I suggested this place for dinner to a friend.
We walked in on a Saturday night right around 8 pm. We were greeted by nobody. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for somebody to notice us.
Once we were finally acknowledged we were informed we could sit anywhere we liked, despite the fact there was a large sign in front of us that read, please wait to be seated. We decided to sit on the patio since it was warm out.
Our server greeted us with, «just the two of your?» When he came back to take our order I was looking over their drink menu. Our waiter then proceeded to say, «If you want anything with alcohol I need your ID.» I had not decided on a drink yet, but planned to order one so I got my wallet out and showed him my ID. He responded with, «Take it out.» We were appalled by his awful attitude, so incredibly rude! Before he came back with our waters we moved to another table inside to avoid having him, Kyle, wait on us. We informed our new waiter and the manager about what we encountered on the patio. We were so bummed that we couldn’t sit on the patio. It was freezing inside!
Needless to say I will never spend another dollar at the buffalo wild wings in Lapeer. And when did chicken wings become so damn expensive?

This location just opened. In our opinion they were not properly staffed nor properly prepared for it.
Our server was very friendly and polite, but the service was all around slow.
The Wings were small, over cooked, and did not taste fresh.
Hopefully they get things together. We’ll give them the benefit of doubt and try again in a few weeks.

Well, it’s Bdubs… The food is mostly frozen, processed, and chemically. Add to that in recent years… pricey. This place must seriously have some of the lowest food, and probably labor, costs around.
When asked if I would like a drink, I asked what was on tap (usually a BW3 strong point) and was direct to a page in the menu. Literally, the first 3 options I picked were unavailable… I settled for cherry wheat. I was annoyed to see that the lyrics had dumped a small handful of maricino cherries and sugary cherry juice in my beer. This is not not a classy move guys… The server noticed my annoyance, became more annoyed… but did offer to fix it.
The rest of service was hilariously bad. Highlighted by our dirty dishes (well…paper baskets) being left on our table well past a half hour of their usefulness. They stayed there until we left.
The reason they get 2 stars? BW3s knows how to set up TVs to watch sports. And the Spartans are about to win the Big 10 tourney… hopefully.
But as a general rule, unless your only looking to watch sports… avoid buffalo wild wings and support local establishments.

Great addition to Lapeer… One of the only chains in town and a well needed break from the ordinary. Quality food and consistency… Who the heck doesn’t have a soup or chili on the menu though??? Blazin isn’t all that hot either if you ask me! I like the craft beer selections…

My hubs and I stopped by for a beer and dinner after a movie. I know it was Sunday but football games were on and there was still no one in the restaurant! We sat at the bar and our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered our usual and the food came out very fast. My husband got a bone in his boneless wings!!! Good thing he noticed before he hurt himself. Our waitress was very concerned and notified her manager and they discounted our bill.
Typical bdubs. Nothing special. I’d stop by for dinner and a drink if a game or fight was on.
