A terrible shopping experience from start to finish. I was never greeted, or smiled at or adequately helped. I had to «pester» the busy owners Frank and John(?) for assistance. They were cold and made me feel as if I were imposing. When asking for fabric books it was as if my request was impossible to acquire(wide cabana stripe, beige), and after 2 or 3 books they stopped offering me books to look at entirely. Even though I was ready to drop $ 3000 for Lloyd Flanders seat cushions. Moving forward… I found a fabric that I liked… IF I received a call from them they never said their name, it was always a generic and unkind exchange. I had to ask, «hello, sorry, whom am I speaking with?» These men were LAZY an put ZERO effort into the sale. I took copious photos of the existing Lloyd Flanders furniture I have, which took a good hour our of my day to «photo shoot» properly, then upload and send. I never got a reply to my email. Not even a «received» note back. I had to call and follow up to see if they had gotten my email. They had, bit didnt think it was necessary to simply respond? TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. The follow up overall was non existent. I did not receive calls back even when on one particular phone call Frank said, «we will look into it and call you back tomorrow.» He never did. Aside from their rude unprofessionalism and outright cold attitudes, i needed the merchandise they had so I went for it. The merchandise(seat cushions, sofa cushions, etc) cost over $ 2500. When they arrived, they did not fit my chairs properly, were ill-sewn(stripes not matching up), etc. When I called SEASONSTOOLARCHMONT to tell them there was a problem with the merch, he told me(again!) to take pictures. I said, wait a minute, you worked off my pictures in the first place and look where that wound up. You should send someone to my home to see for themselves, measure and take pictures… how much more time am I putting into this tremendously disappointing transaction? Then Frank blew me off and said, we will have soeone call you tomorrow to schedule a time for someone to come by to look at the cushions in person. I said, wait a sec, we are on the phone now, whay cant we schedule a time now. He lied and said«maybe someone from the manufacturer would have to come out.» In the end Frank(or John?) came over saw the cushions in person on my patio, saw nothing wrong, which led to a disagreement. In the end he said, just forget it I will refund your money. Took the cushions and walked out of my house! I was gobsmacked. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVIEEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHADINWESTCHESTER, NY.

I needed a part for my beautiful Lloyd Flanders loveseat glider, and Seasons Too came to the rescue. I am so grateful to Greg for his rapid response to my request. The piece came when he had told me it would, and it fits perfectly. If this is how they handle customers who only need one replacement part, then I can only imagine how they would be if you were purchasing furniture! I recommend them very highly.
